Throughout my treatment, the staff has been so wonderful, cheerful, happy, and welcoming. My doctor Amirali Tahbaz was very supportive and informative in every appointment. I've honestly never been at a doctors office that has so much brightness. From the chairs, colors, pictures, music, and delighting smells. I am so happy with my new smile! It has brought my confidence back. Thank you guys!

Absolutely fantastic in every way. My son is a failed aligner user, now in braces with the exceptional Dr. Mona at Luvs here in Bee Cave. First of all even before the moment you enter the door, Tess makes you feel like family. They accommodate our crazy schedules, treat their patients Iike they are their own kids, and make suggestions and plans that are reasonable and respectful to our limited finances. After THREE failed orthodontic attempts in previous states on my not terribly compliant teen boy, he is well on his path to having a smile he no longer tries to hide. Literally the best decision we made since arriving in Texas. You will not be disappointed!

Working with LUV braces was nothing but an amazing experience over the 2 years of my treatment. They always made sure to be present if I needed any assistance or had any questions at anytime. The whole team was friendly and welcoming from the desk to the dental assistants and of course Dr. Amirali Tahbaz Himself. I had my braces removed today and am ecstatic about the results as it was better then anything I expected! Shoutout to Alice who did me the favor of breaking me in to my retainers, making sure to answer all my questions and explain how to care for and wear them which was super helpful. I would 100% recommend LUV braces to anyone, you won’t regret it!

One of the best decisions I have made for myself. At age 47 I decided to get braces. On a tight budget I walked in to Luv braces for a consult. Dr Tahbaz and his team were great. Fast forward: I had the braces taken off today, I wanted to cry when I saw the finished results. Amazing Job Dr. Tahbaz! Self esteem boost, yes most definitely! But most importantly so thankful to Luv braces because I can smile confidently…I highly recommend him for anyone at any age who is thinking about getting braces.

I took my son to Luv Braces to get braces last year and they have been wonderful! Dr. Ali is great with kids and has a lot of patience with them. The staff and assistants are very sweet and friendly. When it's time for my other kids to get braces, I'll definitely bring them here too. Also, i love the office decor and the fun colors they have used throughout the practice :)

0/10 Dr is unsanitary he put on a wire that fell on the floor in my mouth, he also took off my braces meanwhile I had crooked teeth. I don’t recommend. The Sophia lady is rude to her staff. Also the assistant with the short hair talks bad about her coworkers totally unprofessional. Dr only cares about money not his patients. Seems unprofessional here they should work on that. Decent place bad people. As soon as I go in bad vibes everywhere. The sweet gal with the black hair I believe Ericka is the best. I won’t be recommending this place to anyone. Spend your money else where not here.

I was so grateful to find a place willing to charge me a reasonable price for my ortho issue that was not covered by my insurance. I had a broken permanent retainer glued to the back of my teeth and I searched for *months* for a place that would replace it. It was very uncomfortable and my teeth were starting to move--ruining years of work and thousand$ I spent on braces! My previous ortho is out of state. No place in Austin would help me out for under $500-1000(!!!!!), and many places said they just simply would not do a 1-time visit to fix it. (Most only want customer$ who are signing up for longterm treatment$). Some places like Brident Dental & Ortho (my dentist) were even rude and dismissive about it, despite how it made flossing impossible. (Your dentist is supposed to care if you floss, right?!?!) BUT everyone at LUV starting with the front desk was extremely helpful and kind. They quoted me a reasonable price *before* my in-person consultation and I was able to go in, pay a fair cost, and get it replaced easily & painlessly in about an hour. THANK YOU Luv for being a place that actually seems to care about teeth and dental health--not gouging someone who happens to have an unusual (but easy-fix) ortho issue. It made a huge difference for my teeth, and reaffirmed that there are decent businesses in Austin serving the community not just mining our teeth for max profit! Cute cozy office too! :)

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this practice! All three of my daughters are patients and I just recently completed adult Invisalign treatment. Dr. Rezapour and Dr. Tahbaz are skilled, kind and compassionate. Two of my daughters were scared to death of the dentist/orthodontist. Now there are no issues. They are also one stop shop for family orthodontics. Highly recommend Luv Braces and pediatric dentistry!

UPDATE: Cigna confirmed that Luv Braces owes me the full $1000 because the discount is a contractual obligation between Cigna and Luv Braces. Cigna also called their office to let them know and I will now be getting my full refund.KNOW YOUR POLICY AND EXPLANATION OF BENEFITS SO YOU DONT LOSE MONEY OWED TO YOU!First, the clinic didn’t want to file our insurance stating that it was for someone under 19. I knew this was untrue and verified it with my insurance. The clinic then agreed to file the insurance and they would refund me the $1000 once received from the insurance.Per my explanation of benefits, the discounted agreement between the clinic and insurance is 200 meaning I owed 0 out of pocket. They just tried to tell me they are only refunding me 800 due to the discount. That’s not how insurance works. That’s the contract between you and Cigna. Per Cigna, I am owed the full $1000. I made this clear to them and they claimed they will call Cigna but again, that’s their agreement they have with Cigna as a provider. I will be filing a complaint with Cigna and the Texas Board if I’m not reimbursed the remaining $200 but make sure you don’t pay out of pocket for any services up front because they do not know how insurance works. Know your policy and ask questions. They know I’m entitled to the remaining $200.
