Jackie Vo and her team are, hands down, the BEST dentist team in Austin. This recommendation comes from me, my mom, my grandparents, my aunts, my dad — everyone in our family goes to Jackie because her team are just, simply, the BEST you can get. Lightning fast, unbelievable customer service, super comforting, incredibly friendly — I literally cannot say enough positive things about this place. I am at the point where, if I lived in another state, I would fly in to Austin just so that I could go to Northwest Hills Smiles. That's how good they are. Do your mouth a favor and trust the team here. They're the BEST you can get.

I’m 74 and have been to many dentists over the years. When I first went here I thought it was a dental factory. I have so changed my opinion. They are so current in dental science which made my experience very pleasant if you can say that about being at the dentist! Loved the staff from the front office to the dentist and her assistant. I strongly recommend this office.

I've been a patient at NW Hills Smiles for over a decade. Dr. Atassi is my dentist and she's awesome along with the staff. Especially Claudia. She gets my teeth sparkling clean. I feel cared for each time I visit and Dr. Atassi is a very knowledgeable and experienced dentist. In a city where dentists are plentiful, I'm grateful to have found (in my opinion) the best one. I was just in this week to get the crown on my implant completed. In my age group and prior health issues I have to be very careful and was not surprised at all with the stringent protection methods NHS has implemented. They have always been on the leading edge of the newest technology , practices and protocols. The staff is amazingly efficient, skilled and always cheerful. My crown fits perfectly. Thank you so much NHS for making the implant process seamless !!

Doctors Vo, Atassi, and Heggen are three of the most talented and honest dentists you'll find in the Austin area. I know them as dentists and as fellow moms in the community. I can attest to their integrity both in and out of the office. My husband summed it up best after a recent visit with Dr. Heggen, "She was efficient and clearly knew what she was doing, but was still funny and self-deprecating." You will feel at home here immediately!

Great team here. My family goes so we've seen several of their hygienists and Dr. Atassi. My family and I just went for a cleaning today and their enhanced procedures made me feel comfortable. We all scheduled to go at the same time and they accommodated us. My daughter has been going for 5 years, they always make her feel safe and happy to go to the dentist.

I have extreme anxiety about medical experiences from childhood trauma. Today I had a filling done and the dentist and assistants when out of their way to alter procedures to be less noisy and provided me with noise cancelling headphones which took the stress from overwhelming panic attack levels at the start of the procedure to calm and almost pleasant.Everyone there was helpful, supportive, reassuring and amazing. Even though the procedure took twice as long as planned (do to my panic attack) they told me not to worry about it and stayed focused on my comfort and the completion of the work I needed done. Their patience and support is unparalleled by anything I have ever experienced.They also made insurance billing hassle free even though my insurance is not one that they typically work with.Thank you Northwest Hills Smiles!

I have been coming to this office since 1994. When I found out that the office was going to be sold by the prior doctor, I got worry but I decide to stay because one of the Hygienist, TAMMY decided to stay with the nice ladies who bought the firm. I’ve been going here for about 5 years now. The staff is nice, the environment is nice. I recently when in for my first time since the COVID precautions were put into place, and I just wanted to share how good of an experience it was. The team was very thorough with precautions, but they were also super warm and did their best to make me comfortable.
