My son has been receiving orthodontic care from Dr. Desai and his team for 3 years now. They are all so wonderful, welcoming, and knowledgeable. My son gets nervous during dentistry work but they have always been very patient with him. At today’s visit it was our first time having Dory help us out and she truly went above and beyond to allow my son to be comfortable. Definitely recommend bringing your kiddos AND yourself to this awesome team!

incredible! best orthodontist experience i’ve ever had. i had my permanent retainer break over the weekend, and there were able to see me on Monday! and they even moved up my time when i found out i could go sooner.furthermore, Dr. Dip Desai & staff (Luna and Frieda) were incredibly warm and helpful.i got exactly what I needed and plenty of info on my question for where to go for a cleaning.go here for sure!!

My son started the journey with braces a few months ago with Parmer Lane and honestly it has been the best experience. A bracket broke off and they saw us to repair it the next day. Dr Desai and his staff are always so warm and welcoming. He is always present and double checks to make sure that everything is ok and as it should be. They also have treats for after your appointment! Honestly feels like family.

Dr. Desai did an amazing job on my braces! Truly phenomenal experience the whole time. As an RN It's imperative I do great research on any Dr I align myself with and Dr. Desai checked out perfectly. Also as an older women getting traditional braces my time-line wasn't the greatest but Dr. Desai finished me up way sooner than expected and adhered to my concerns every step of the way! I live in Florida and flew in to Austin for all my appointments and as always Dr. Desai and his staff were very accommodating. I've reffered a few associates already due to such a great experience! Can't say it enough thanks again for everything Dr. Desai!

I came here for an Invisalign consult and Dr. Desai was really amazing. I don't know if it's because they work with kids or what but this office is full of kind, genuine, and patient people. As someone who gets a lot of anxiety around dental work I felt so at ease. Dr. Desai seemed very knowledgeable and straightforward with his approach. I would definitely recommend this office!

Dr. Desai and his staff are amazing! Each of them show genuine care and concern for their patients. They work with you when your schedule changes and you need to change appointment times. They work to get you in and out quickly and do all that they can to make sure their patients have a pleasurable experience. I highly recommend Parmer Lane Orthodontics! I went in to have them check the work of my previous orthodontist. Even though my teeth were fixed by someone else, they were very quick and helpful and provided a lot of great information and guidance. Local quality establishments like this are hard to come by nowadays, and I'd happily go back to them or recommend them to anyone in the future.

Dr Desai was very attentive & thorough to check and to fix my upper retainer when I visited Parmer Lane Orthodontics last week. He was very knowledgeable and he figured out what to fix right away. The office and practice areas were new and clean and the staff was very kind. They followed Covid 19 protocol well. It was my first time visiting this office and I was expecting some repair fee or office visit charge. However, Dr. Desai said it was free of charge. I was so grateful & glad that I have selected Dr. Desai. I recommend Dr. Desai.

Needed a retainer asap ! My dog ate my retainer the day I was leaving to Austin for a trip. I called Parmer Lane orthodontics to see if they could make me one. Never been there before but they were able to schedule me FOR THE NEXT MORNING to make them and within 4 days I received my retainer ! Very satisfied and happy with the quality of the staff and scheduling !

My wife had a minor, but sudden emergency with a spacer popping out. Though we've never been to PLO before, it was the closest orthodontist establishment nearby, so we took a chance just to see what they could do.We were treated phenomenally. Everyone was helpful, kind, understanding, and got the job done in record time. Though this was obviously a strange and small little incident, the impression Parmer Lane Orthodontics made was such a good one that I had to write a review.You're in wonderful, caring hands here.
