Great experience and amazing results!I went for consultation with three different orthos for Invisalign. Dr Faulkner was my first stop, he spent the most time with me, answering all the questions and explaining the process. They also provided all the imaging they done immediately, so I don’t have to repeat it at the other two orthodontists.They weren’t the cheapest but it was a balance of cost and experience for me, and this is why I ended up going with Rise + Smile.Scheduling been super easy, appointments very quick, Dr Faulkner stops by every appointment to evaluate progress and answer any questions… everyone is so friendly and helpful!!Additionally, they are very accommodating, I have a vow renewal in May and I needed my attachments and aligners out by then, I told them this at the start and they built my treatment plan around my dates and needs.The results are AMAZING!! I am so pleased, I wish I done it long time ago. It definitely exceeded my expectations and I only had my aligners for 21 weeks (original estimate is a year).Lastly, they work with adults and children, I am an adult.

I love how easy it is to get to from my home in Oak Hill. They are so easy to work with and have times that fit my schedule. They are always asking if we need a note for school (I so appreciate since I used to always forget that at every doctor visit for my kids). They are happy to help over the phone and quick to fix things with never much of a wait. It's been a pleasure working with them for my family's first orthodontist experience.

We love this office!! We already have two older children in this office (one in braces one in Invisalign). Every visit the staff is so kind. We had to call to change our 3rd son’s initial visit due to a school reading award ceremony. Not only did the office easily move our appointment, they also gave my son a Barnes & Noble gift card to congratulate him on his reading achievement! Such great customer care. He was super happy! Feel like all of the plans for each kid is explained very well and there is no pressure on moving forward until you and the child are ready ! Thanks again!

So far so good! The entire staff are very genuine and caring. They make you feel like you’re part of the team or family. They care about your teeth first far most, but they also care how you’re doing personally? I still have a few months to year before the finish results but I feel comfortable how the process is going. I love it there!

After years of failed attempts of starting orthodontics, I am so glad I waited and went with Rise and Smile Orthodontics. From day 1, the staff was kind, courteous, and honest about what I was getting into and what it would take to correct my bite and alignment. We've been patients at Rise + Smile for something like 6-7 years now, and they've honestly come to feel like family. We are there fairly often since 3 of us are patients, and when we learned recently we were moving out of state and had to say goodbye to them, I almost cried in the office!
