I received four veneers from Dr. Ip. The process was much easier than I thought it would be, and most importantly they look amazing and NATURAL. People think I was blessed with perfect teeth until I tell them they're veneers. Dr. Ip is a perfectionist.He and his team also do a great job of making you feel comfortable, which is huge for someone like me who has always gotten anxiety about seeing the dentist.Highly recommend.

Went in for evaluation for a functional tongue tie. Dr. Vincent Ip told me “your weight doesn’t help”, I was not weighed at the office, I am not overweight by BMI, and have already lost over eighty pounds without improvement in my symptoms.What does Dr. Vincent believe making comments like this will accomplish?

I normally wouldn't think of the dentist as a family-like atmosphere, but that's what it feels like here! I've been coming here for a couple years and during each visit, every part of it goes smoothly. The staff seem to work really well together and it makes for a very comfortable, friendly, and personalized experience. They are also quick and knowledgeable, so I never end up waiting to be seen or have my questions answered. Definitely recommend this place!

My search for a dentist is finally over! The office staff, my dental hygienist, and Dr. Ip were all amazing. They were friendly and knowledgeable. The level of care they provided, from the X-rays to the cleaning, and finally Dr. Ip’s recommendations, was beyond thorough and exceeded my expectations. Can’t believe I’m about to write this but I’m actually looking forward to going back. I’ve been to a couple of dentists that absolutely wasted my time. Not Smile 360. Don’t hesitate to make an appointment- you won’t be disappointed.

I spent two years (and a LOT of Dr. Ip’s time) asking ALL of the questions about veneers. Every single time I went in for a cleaning, Dr. Ip would come in and go over all of my questions and concerns without any pressure for a commitment from me.When I finally did commit, he spent even more time going over different options with me and the best way to get the absolute most value out of my investment. We talked different shapes, different styles, different colors. He even gave me the option of having JLo’s exact smile! Pretty cool, but even better than that is the team of professionals he works with to create a smile that would be absolutely perfect for my own face. Dr. Ip took tons of x-rays, photos, measurements and video’s of me talking, laughing, smiling and came up with his own design, then sent all of that information to a team of 4 other professionals who all work synergistically to create the PERFECT smile for me.This experience was nothing like my first experience with veneers (different dentist) 13 years ago. I am a skeptic by nature. I am also a perfectionist with incredibly high expectations. Dr. Ip has earned my full trust and exceeded all of my expectations. My teeth look absolutely gorgeous, natural and better than I could have imagined. They were also kind enough to send me a bouquet of flowers the day after I received my veneers with a thank you card.If you are in the market for an incredibly confident smile that is fully functional and healthy, Dr. Ip is the dentist you MUST go to! Do exactly what he suggests and you’ll find yourself smiling in the mirror for hours 😁

I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Ip and his entire staff. I have a tight schedule and they try so hard to find appointment times that work. Dr. Ip and all of his staff are so sensitive to difficulties and try to provide breaks as needed during dental work. Dr. Ip explains things so so well and really wants his patients to understand what is going on along with options for treatment and care. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Highly recommend!!

I've been going to Smile360 since I moved to Austin 8 years ago, and they have certainly earned my loyalty! From Invisalign to cleanings to crowns and everything in between, Dr. Ip is always clear about treatment plans and very friendly, and the staff has been nothing but wonderful and kind! As someone who takes good care of her teeth but due to genes and bad luck ends up in the dentist's office a lot, I never have felt anxiety when I'm there, and that's saying a lot! 10/10 recommend.

Let me first say, I am a dental hygienist so I’m naturally very picky. So even though I could get free dental care at the clinic I work for, I choose to go to Dr. Ip because his dental work is PERFECT.I have worked for dentists that are super nice and friendly but their dental work is embarrassingly bad. 🤦‍♀️Dr. Ip’s priority is your dental care not chatting about your kids and dogs for 10 minutes. 🙄 Also, Dr. Ip’s infection control is better that ANY dentist I have ever met! Seriously.The office is clean, modern, efficient, uses cutting edge technology, and the entire staff is on point with their skills and professionalism.So when people ask me what dentist I recommend, I feel 100% confident sending them to Dr. Ip at Smile 360.
