Not only is Jessica incredibly skilled, but her genuine care for her patients is also evident. Also thanks to Dr. Santos for always took the time to address any concerns or questions I had, making me feel valued and supported throughout my orthodontic journey. The results speak for itself. I am thrilled with the progress of my treatment. My smile has never looked better :)

Dr Santos is so amazing. So knowledgeable, kind, and caring. I did the Invisalign express (where you use your phone to send in the scans) and it was such an easy and straightforward process.Everyone there is so kind, from Jenny at the front desk to Jessica who was helping me with my scans. Seriously everyone is so kind here, I cannot recommend this place enough.

I had the best experience at Wired Orthodontics. Dr. Santos is amazing. My treatment is quite complicated but Dr. Santos and his team have explained everything clearly, compassionately, and pragmatically. As someone who is anxious about dental work, Dr. Santos explained to me the different options I had, the pros/cons and I feel more knowledgeable about what is happening with my teeth. Really grateful for everyone in the office too. His care team have made calm at each of my appointments. It is so hard to find the right care and I'm really grateful I found them. Would highly recommend.

I had my FREE consultation yesterday. The staff was all so friendly and helpful. I went in with a number in my head - if the total cost was less, I was going to start treatment. It was and I am excited to start, but I really appreciated how they took the time to explain everything. Even more, I appreciated that they didn't feel pushy or aggressive about making a decision right then. A few years ago, I visited another orthodontist and I felt like I was being pressured to sign paperwork then and there - more like a used car salesman type experience (their treatment plan would have cost me almost 3 times more as well, so I'm very happy I waited).I'm excited to start my treatment and appreciated their honesty and patience very much!

Dr. Santos and his staff are amazing! I have never experienced this much true kind, patient & just down to earth people in one office! They all love what they do & it shows. Truly accommodating & always one on one! I highly recommend dr. Santos for anyone’s children who are afraid of the dentist. My kids were afraid there 1st time, but dr. Santos and staff made there experience truly awesome ❤️

Hours that are meaningful to their customers, not them personally. Prepared for every visit. Appropriate use of technology and innovative practices. But more importantly, friendly, personalized service that makes their patients and their parents feel valued. Could not recommend them more.

I've been taking my son C3 to Smile Doctors and we couldn't be anymore satisfied with their services. From the front desk people to the assistants, everyone is always super welcoming. Each time we visit, the clinician Melinda & Vanessa K (treatment coordinator) are always really sweet and very thorough when explaining procedures before during and after. Dr Santos & his team are awesome I would highly recommended them!

I'm so lucky and proud to work at Smile Doctors with Dr. Santos, Kristie (office director) and the whole team of clinicians and concierge rockstars. I'm a new mom to a 1yr old baby boy and took some time off to be with him. I also had a hard time finding a job because of covid. When I got hired at Smile Doctors I felt a bit nervous having not worked for a while but everyone was so welcoming and willing to get me on track with the way Smile Doctors works. I appreciate Dr. Santos for taking time to explain clinicians how the orthodontic treatment works. I'm thankful to have an office leader like Kristie for being genuine with the staff and always help out when we have trouble with something. Vanessa, Gaby, Melinda, Brittany, Aline are the clinic rockstars, they are so hard working and always have eachothers back, they treat every patient as family. Asthin is our beautiful concierge who keeps our office looking amazing every holiday and welcomes everyone with a smile. I recommend smile doctors to everyone! They are super friendly. They let me know exactly what was going to be done at every appointment. The office staff are very welcome from the moment you walk in until you leave. Dr. Santos was very professional & always answered all questions I had. The majority of my journey to correct my smile was with Melinda who was amazing! She walked me through the whole process & made the journey less nerve wracking for me. I am very excited to have the smile I have been wanting for some time now. 10/10 recommendation.
