Wired Orthodontics & their team has been apart of my life for the past 2 years ✨ & I absolutely love my smile! 😍 Not only that the team goes out their way to talk to you kindly and explain to you everything that’s going on with your treatment.Everybody in the office is kind J’nae was AMAZING! Very sweet, kind, and funny when she was all in my mouth during my treatment ! Kesha always went above and beyond to talk to me and explain to me what was going on during my treatment process. 10/10 If you’re trying to decide which orthodontic office to go to this is your sign to pick this office I wouldn’t have picked any other orthodontic treatment office.I’m gonna miss them all in the office and I get to walk away with my beautiful smile! 😁

This was the most dedicated, honest, caring, efficient, and amazing dental staff I’ve ever met. Dr Chris is a major blessing, he really deserves his flowers. Probably the most amazing doctor I’ve ever met really. Amy was a pleasure to meet and was willing to help me achieve my smile goals. She took her time to get to know me and support my journey. The front desk staff were exceptional and very nice! 10/10!!

This has been the easiest process! I just needed to close a gap between back molars. Had my consultation appointment and scans taken of my mouth. Within 2 weeks, I received my "trays" and scanning device to start my 20 week plan. Super simple each week to take pictures of my progress, submit them and get updates on moving to the next tray.The office has been extremely responsive to any questions or issues I have had throughout the process and made it so easy. I go back in a couple of weeks for my final appointment and not only is the gap gone, the rest of my teeth are straighter than before!

This company has it down. From Doctor Chris to all of his staff. Professional, friendly and most importantly, actually care about giving you the best ortho experience possible. They will get on you if you slack and even check your hygiene. Which is great for my lazy self and I’m sure parents appreciate it as well. If you’re considering braces at any age. Come here. You won’t be disappointed.

He answered all of my questions and addressed any concerns I had.

Infinitely patient and experienced team! In the year and half or so I've been going for my fittings, I can honestly say that every single person at both their Cedar Park and Austin locations from the receptionists to the techs to the doctors have been first class at every visit! The cost was less than what my dentist quoted me too and much more convenient since they have several locations! The Wired Orthodontics team are absolute pros at straightening teeth and they do it with a smile! IMO, they are 10 out of 10 and I'd give them a 15. You just don't get professional expertise with a perfect customer service experience like this anymore. Thank you so much to the team who has transformed my smile back to perfect and made it a pleasant experience every step of the way! You guys are hands down the best of the best!!

Very professional and friendly staff. We are always greeted with a smile and hello. Very minimal wait time to be seen. Patients do not feel rushed in back area during procedures even when office is full. Doctors and assistants as well front office staff answer all questions and relieve any doubts patient and parents have. Extremely happy for and with the care given.

We just finished Phase 1 and had a great experience. All the staff is wonderful and so kind… J’Nae was particularly helpful as my kiddo finished her treatment.Edit: Julian Garcia is extremely responsive, kind and patient with little kid jitters. My family is very pleased with our experience with Wired Orthodontics. The staff is very courteous and professional. Our daughter was recently fitted for braces on her upper teeth, and everyone in the office made sure we were well informed and comfortable with the process. All of our questions were answered, and our daughter has adjusted so quickly that she asked to be fitted for braces for her bottom teeth already!
