I've been about two years going to appointments at this place, and it's been a great experience for my family and I. My brothers, mother and I have all received braces, and the staff have been very friendly and kind with us, explaining to us the process with every step. The receptionist, Jalexa, knows us all by name and always greets you with a smile, and the rest of the staff is just as welcoming as well!

They must be buying their reviews. Had a incident with their Office Manager Aida Antuna today. She needs to learn how to deal with patients. I end up terminating my treatment on my first visit after a argument with the "manager" and not being seen by the doctor because Aida did not feel like letting them see me today and wanted me to come back tomorrow. I requested a termination of treatment and a refund which now they are me to refusing to issue. She did not allow allow me to speak to anyone else and said that she is the manager and I had to deal with her only.

I had a wonderful experience. The staff was terrific. Jessica was more than excellent. She helped me get my insurance approval and my account set up. She was perfect in doing that. The young lady that set me up for my tray, the x-ray tech, and also the front desk you all are an awesome group. My Dr he was fantastic. I would recommend others.

I love iSmile Orthodontics. I started my treatment here a few years ago, and because I needed a jaw reconstruction surgery they helped me through the process of before and after the surgery. Now I have a beautiful smile and all thanks to iSmile staff and Jalexa who was there for me since day one. They staff are welcoming and the place is super cute and clean, I highly recommend it.

Very thorough. I was surprised that the consultation was so comprehensive at no cost. The Xray Technician was kind and funny, and the intake coordinator was patient with hearing my orthodontic background. The Doctor prescribed a wonderful plan and was attentive to my concerns with my "bite." Definitely will be returning here when my treatment is approved.

Consultation was great. Easy to understand fees. Very eager, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Putting on the braces a few weeks later went extremely well. The staff was gentle and friendly with both my 11 yr old son and myself. Always checking in on both of our confort levels. Also I love when you can get a procedure done and every step is explained when it's happening without us asking. It was very comforting for my son who was apprehensive.

I don’t know where to begin! From the moment I walked in with my children, we were greeted so warmly by Elisa. Then we met Eileen, who took my son's X-rays and was so patient with me since I was also dealing with my toddler. Next, we encountered Jessica, who doesn’t know this yet, but is my new bff! She is absolutely awesome. She took her time explaining things to us and worked with us to get the best possible price for my son’s treatment. After that, we met Amandalee who placed my son’s braces. She was careful and always made sure he felt comfortable throughout the whole thing. Lastly is Hamad, the orthodontist. He was so friendly and made us feel right at home. This team is the best I’ve ever encountered. Their professionalism can’t be beat. So glad we chose them.
