Absolutely fantastic team, care, follow up, and communication. I never thought I would look forward to taking my kid to the orthodontist. The space is clean and modern. You will be greeted by kind and smiley professionals, who will listen to you and your kid, and answer all of your questions with patience and depth. After getting braces, we received a follow up phone call to see how my kid is doing. If you want to be awed by a service provider, this is the place.UPDATE MAY/2024 - got invisilign with Dr. Woo as well, and this place is still #1 my family and I. My review above is the same review I would leave today!

My whole family had a great experience with Dr Woo! Everyone at the office is so nice and welcoming. They are supportive and kind and they are especially a great office to work with if you have older kids, as they are flexible with busy schedules. I highly recommend using them, we are so lucky to have them as part of the neighborhood!

Dr. Woo and her team are so kind and gentle. I got my braces as an adult and found this team made me feel very comfortable and was always clear about what changes were being made and why so I knew exactly what to expect. The office staff, especially Regina, are friendly and accommodating. I wore braces as a teenager and I’m planning to go to her for Invisalign.

This is absolute best service experience I've ever had in any form at a doctor's office. Let's start with appointments' you get seen on time No overbooking, No long waits for the next available. The adjustments to my teeth has been fast progress not sure what their technique is but it's doing a damn great job! My smile is beautiful even with the braces can't wait to see how they look without.. the receptionist knows you by first Name upon calling. she's has a great personality btw. the dental staff is very professional friendly everyone has an outgoing personality. It's definitely a great experience overall and I always look forward to coming here for my follow up visits. The color choices are amazing!!

Dr. Woo and her team are professional, organized, the office is impeccably clean and well lit. I feel safe receiving my ortho care here in the midst of the pandemic. Wait times are minimal to none. Customer service is amazing. I highly recommend!!!Update: I’m near the end of my treatment, I’m so impressed w/ the quality of care here- if my sons have inherited my crooked/crowded smile, I’ll be back! (My daughter has a perfect bite-blessed!) Dr. Woo has been meticulous, precise, and quite gentle “surgeon-esque” in her approach, she’s knowledgeable and happy to teach along the way, my fave is the continuity of care that I’ve received - I didn’t have 3 different Drs tinkering with my pearly whites… 5 stars hands down!

We are very happy with the service and care our sons have received at Riverdale Family Orthodontics. Dr. Woo is thoroughly knowledgeable. Dr. Woo and all the staff in the office are friendly and patient which is a plus because most of the clients are children and adolescents.One of our sons needed extensive treatment and we’ve seen great progress and positive results so far.The clinic is always clean and well-organized including the bathroom.
