I underwent Invisalign treatment at Hanson Place Orthodontics under the care of Dr. Eisenberger for my jaw surgery, and I can't speak highly enough of him. This marks my third time undergoing orthodontic treatment (first two times were at different places), so I have a lot of experience with orthodontists. From this perspective, I can confidently say that Dr. Eisenberger is truly exceptional. My case wasn't straightforward, I required Invisalign to prepare for jaw surgery and had to have teeth extractions as part of the process. Dr. Eisenberger navigated these complexities, providing continued care pre and post-surgery.Throughout my treatment, Dr. Eisenberger has been incredibly attentive, kind, dedicated and a perfectionist in striving to achieve a 100% result, a quality I deeply appreciate after years of dental challenges.I also commend the excellent communication between Dr. Eisenberger, his office manager Ram, and my surgeon. They collaborated very well with my surgeon and coordinated on my dental plans for surgery which was vital for me given the complexity of my surgery.Furthermore, the entire staff at Hanson Place Orthodontics is polite, attentive and responsive. Despite the busy office, I never waited more than 10 minutes for my appointments and the place is nice and clean.Another aspect that I deeply appreciated about Dr. Eisenberger was his commitment to exploring all possible treatment options. During my initial visit, I expressed my desire to explore alternatives to surgery, and Dr. Eisenberger went above and beyond to accommodate my request. He dedicated considerable time and effort to devise potential treatment plans and after a couple of weeks of working on different plans for me he spent an entire hour on Zoom, explaining each option in detail, without any expectation of payment or commitment on my part.In an era where many practitioners prioritize profit over patient care, and charge hundreds of dollars for a basic, initial appointment, this gesture from Dr. Eisenberger's impressed me and highlighted his integrity and dedication to his profession. Moreover, Dr. Eisenberger's pricing is competitive compared to other orthodontists I consulted with, adding further value to his exceptional service. It is because of all of the above that I referred others to Dr. Eisenberger, all of whom have had exceptionally positive experiences.Dr. Eisenberger, Ram and the rest of the team, thank you for your great work! I am grateful to have found you. That you for making my difficult case with jaw surgery and teeth straightening so smooth!

Visited the office for a 12:15 PM consultation on 3/19/2024. Things started out normal and friendly enough until I didn't want to leave my purse (containing my wallet) in a separate room while getting x-rays done (technically not another room but a separate space, out of eyeshot, from where I would be for too long for my personal comfort). The technician was VISIBLY irritated with me but she finally relented and "let me" put my purse on the floor inside of the x-ray room. Gee, thanks for letting me inconvenience you. Anyone who's a fan of Seinfeld knows better than to leave their wallet unattended at the doctor's office.Ever since seeing that episode, I keep my purse/wallet on my person at all times LMAO.After getting my x-rays done it was time for pictures. Nothing odd about that, pretty standard practice. After taking pictures of my mouth/teeth from every angle imaginable, the technician directed me to stand up so she could a full body picture.HUH?No one told me I'd be getting those kind of pictures taken. I was a bit taken aback and asked her to clarify what kind of pictures she meant. She confirmed what I was afraid of.Look, I wasn't prepared for alla that; literally no one told me that was going to be part of the consultation process (not even the person who called me to confirm the appointment the day before the visit). Is it vain of me to not want to take unexpected pictures (I would have at least shown up to the appointment looking halfway human had I known)? Of course it is. But, it's my right. I hadn't signed away the rights to my images so I politely refused. Or at least I thought I'd politely refused. After going back and forth for a few rounds, the tech, STILL VISIBLY IRRITATED BY MY MERE EXISTENCE, relented and said she'd be right back. Cool.I sat in the examination chair and waited for the orthodontist. In came Ram, followed by Ms. Irritated. When he introduced himself as the office manager, I immediately said to myself in my head, "Did this chick really just narc on me because I refused to take a full-length photo???????????? LMFAO! WOW! Is it really that serious???"I guess it was.Ram was seemingly nice enough but his presence in that room was meant only to pressure/coerce/dare I say intimidate me, into taking a full-length photo. He tried to explain that the full-length photo was "part of the consultation process" and "needed".His attempts to convince me were futile because I knew the doctor didn't NEED to see a full-length photo of me TODAY in order to conduct a proper consultation. And I told him as much. However, I was more than happy to gather my belongings and leave if that was "the hill" he wanted "to die on", as I told him in that moment. I was not going to be bullied to take a picture under duress, IDGAGGDWTFHS *shrug*He wound up relenting and left me alone. The orthodontist came in right after and conducted the consultation.WEIRD. WEIRD. WEIRD.Ultimately, I have decided not to work with this practice on my braces journey because of the weird intimidation tactics over a full-length body shot and the lack of a bedside manner of the technician. The whole experience gave me BIG scammer vibes, cult vibes and bully vibes. Just weird vibes all around. I'll pass.I suggest that you let prospective patients know up front that not only will x-rays and pictures of their mouths be taken BUT ALSO FULL-LENGTH BODY SHOTS.

Employees are nice, but this place feels like a total scam. I started Invisalign treatment here for minor straightening and was told 9 months, which turned into a year, which turned into 2 years, which turned into over 3 years! Every time I finished a set they’d have more “adjustments” and need to add more attachments to my teeth- I ended up having attachments on every single tooth, and now my bite is crooked when it wasn’t before. I went to a new orthodontist to finish Invisalign treatment and it took over a month of calling and emailing this clinic to even get the paperwork I needed to continue ortho care. My new ortho was shocked by the number of attachments and the way the treatment was handled by this clinic. I would not recommend Invisalign treatment here.

Hanson orthodontics is the best of the best!Dr. Eisenberger, Nathalia, Jamel, Ram, Giselle, and Damaris are a fabulous team! They helped me with my braces pre and post jaw surgery, with superior skills and expertise. They calmed my fears and gave me the end result I waited my entire life for! I am so grateful and highly recommend them to anyone needing to fix a simple or complex issue. A big thank you to Hanson Place Orthodontics! 💕

My adult son developed tongue thrusting. The condition causes his tongue to hang from his mouth. His dentist referred him to Hanson Place Orthodontics. The visit was complimentary. Very nice staff and accessible location.Dr Katz listened to my son’s concerns, answered his questions and provided copies of the dental x-rays taken. She discussed his condition and treatment goals. The doctor suggested another provider that provides both general and orthodontic services.Much appreciated!

I have a severe dental problem and my dentist recommended I see a specialist ASAP. I booked with these people and they weren’t open for another six weeks so I had to wait. Then, they called to reschedule my appointment right before. They had no more openings for another six weeks. Now, they have cancelled my second appointment two days before. I have been waiting three months simply for a consultation. I will have to wait even longer now that I have to find a new place. Im sure they have plenty of excuses, but in my situation and maybe yours as well, this poses a serious threat to our health. Don’t waste your time and find an honest, available, and communicative practice. I’ll follow up when I find another organization with better practices.

I had a great experience at Hanson Place as an adult patient. I opted for real deal braces since it was earlier in the pandemic and I knew I’d be wearing a mask for a bit. The orthodontists and staff have a kind and informative bedside manner. They were patient with all of my questions and always in good spirits. The full treatment did take six months longer than was originally estimated - but slow and steady wins the race. The no interest payment plan was very convenient. Easy to make any emergency appointments had - although it was rare that I needed them. I highly recommend them!

I’m not happy with my experience at this orthodontist at all!! I had an appointment with them last week Wednesday to get my braces taken off which I had on for 2 years, and I did not get my retainers right away. They used this machine to scan my teeth and told me I had to wait 2 days for them and they would call once they were ready. I never received a called within those 2 days. Friday morning I gave them a call and they told me THEY WERENT READY and they asked if I would like to get them Monday, however due to my school schedule I couldn’t. I went there Tuesday instead and the doctor by the way was forcing them on to my teeth FOR A GOOD MINUTE because they clearly didn’t fit. Due to them not fitting I had do the scanning process ALL OVER AGAIN and they told me I had to wait ANOTHER 2 DAYS to get the new ones. Now I’m not a doctor , but clearly if I’m going days without them they are going to keep shifting.

I’ve gotten my braces for almost one year… I was introduced to Hanson Place Orthodontist by Giselle and am working with Dr. Eisenberger.I’m so impressed with the changes and my almost perfect smile… it amazes me to say that I look forward to my dental visits. Giselle is fantastic. She is so sensitive, warm, caring, and highly professional. She listens to her client's concerns and is alert to any discomfort, and always ensures that her client's needs are met and that they leave with a happy and bright smile.I have recommended many of my friends and their kids, and they are so impressed with the service…Thanks, Giselle, forever grateful... Many more client's to come; you're the Best!!!
