Excellent customer service I was in and out didn’t even get a chance to sit down when I arrived I was so impressed in how organized and fast they all are.. I recommend this location I loved it and so did my kids everyone there was so patient and friendly. The doctor that we seen today answered all my concerns and also made sure I was satisfied with any work that needed to be done at the moment for the wellbeing of my children ❤️ thank you I’ll be reaching out to make an appointment for our next visit 🤗

I came to this office in astronomical pain. These women in the dental office were so kind to me and when I didn't have the money to get the extractions I needed they were willing to work with me so I wouldn't be in pain anymore. I was able to get the money together to pay them but just the fact that they were willing to help me despite my money situation says so much about this office and the people who work there. I am so very grateful for all they did for me that I am making this office my permanent dental office. I highly suggest if you have dental issues you give this place a shot. You won't regret it.

Surprise to see that they have an optometrist on staff. Fastest & cheapest eye exam I've ever had. Every time I visit the office they have done some new updates and add additional services. There improvements are very much needed and appreciated. I've been able to get all my Healthcare addressed with confidence in my Dr. and the staffing. I encourage my friends and family with and without health-care insurance to visit the office.

Healing Hand Ministries is literally a waste of time and money. I am pregnant and keep calling so I can reschedule my appointment. They answer and put me on hold so fast I can’t say a word then I’m on hold for an hour just to reschedule my appointment. So when I come in with a attitude next time idc. OH WELL. It’s people like me that make it possible for you to make MONEY! I am pregnant and can’t even get a response through the Healow app! Unprofessional. I’m tryna find me another doctor. This ain’t even worth it. I’m in the second trimester and still don’t feel like I’m getting adequate care. Maybe because I’m black.

I have been calling you guys for the past few days to make an appointment but no answers and no call back. I would never call you guys if my new Insurance wouldn’t automatically select my PCP in your clinic. I have to do my physical. If you guys check the comments here please reply me with your good front desk number who answers the calls so we make an appointment with my new PCP. Thanks

I tried calling to let them know I was stuck in traffic and was running late. There was no answer and it said they would call me back so I still drove there wasting my gas and time. I did NOT receive a call back. Apparently they only have a 10 minute grace period when most places have 15 at least. They said they would have to reschedule me after I literally drove 45 minutes to get there stuck in traffic. Ridiculous. I didn't even reschedule because I'd rather find a better doctor office.

We LOVE Kathleen. Both she and Dr. Gray take such great care of our kids. We’ve been seeing them for 2 years. Billing and scheduling are straightforward and the staff are all wonderful as well. They all know how to work with kids. Office is also very convenient to get to, right off 75, and parking is easy. We will stay with them as long as we can!

Healing Hands Ministries have been a real blessing to me. Considering a lot of factors, this place far exceeded my expectations. I say this and I give it a five star, not because they are the best company on the block, but because they have been there when there was no other way. The Nurse Practitioner is very nice and always listens to complaints.
