I genuinely don’t know where to start or if my words could ever do this experience justice, but Dr. Phillips and his staff are heaven sent! I never dreamed wisdom teeth extractions could be such a seamless, pain free, process. No complications, manageable recovery time, and all the medical resources needed to heal in the comfort of my own home. Everyone is so friendly, warm, and caring at this place. You don’t see bedside manners like this anymore. I wish I could come to this team for all of my dental needs. They’re incredible, and the milkshake they provided afterwards was EVERYTHING. I could literally drink one every day. Dr. Phillips and Team also checked on me around the clock after my procedure. Nothing but kindness and a surgeon that kicks butt.

I will give them three stars just to be nice. Because this woman april did try to help me as best she could But the fact that it says medicare accepted it. And I call up and medicare. Is not accepted? Is kind of ridiculous and needs to be changed? Because I've had 15 surgeries over the past 5 years Almost from gunshot wound to the neck. And jaw reconstruction surgery From the I c u and I just can't it seem to get anybody to help me.

I 10/10 would highly recommend Park Cities Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery to anyone! I was very nervous to get four wisdom teeth removed but there was no reason to be nervous whatsoever! I could not be happier that I chose Park Cities OMS. Everything went well from the consultation to the procedure. Dr Phillips and his staff took great care of me and I felt very much at ease! They went above and beyond from a chocolate milkshake after my procedure and a personal call later that evening from Dr. Phillips. The recovery went very smoothly as well. You won’t be disappointed in choosing Park Cities OMS.

I will begin by saying I hate the dentist. I had a bad experience as a kid and have avoided the dentist when possible. I had a tooth that chipped and pieces were hitting a nerve. Pain was bad enough I had to go to the dentist. My dentist looked at the tooth and sent me immediately to Park Cities to have the tooth pulled. All of my fears were immediately erased as soon as I walked in the door. The entire staff is unbelievably nice and helpful. They had the tooth out in 30 minutes. Procedure was smooth and easy. Sent me home with ice cream and followed up with me numerous times the day after. Dr. Phillips is awesome. Great guy who after you meet him think you could be friends for life. He personally followed up with me the next day which firmed up my belief that he is the best at this. I can not recommend these guys enough.

After postponing a wisdom tooth surgery for so long, after all the horrors I heard from getting your wisdom teeth out and the cost of it. I was somewhat nervous. Then I came across Park Citities Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Associates and I don't regret it. All of the staff was very professional and welcoming. Dr. Phillips did a wonderful job. I had no pain whatsoever after the procedure, and Dr. Phillips himself called me later that day to check on me. They really care about their patients.

I don't even know where to begin. From my very first visit I felt like family, every single person in the building greeted me with a giant smile on their face even just passing them in hallway. My teeth were essentially non existent and the amount of money it was going to cost was going to be unattainable, at least at this time in my life. I received a call from Dr Phillips office about the Share a smile program and after a short time and a Zoom call with some of the office staff I was asked to come in to see the doctor, and that is when Dr Phillips and his staff changed my life. They brought me back and Dr Phillips and the staff were waiting in the room to surprise me with a new smile, but not just a new smile, a painless mouth, a new confidence and again it felt like walking into a room full of family who treated my wife and I like we've known each other our whole lives. I had surgery on December 13th and anyone that knows me knows I am not a fan of pain, but Dr Phillips has a way about him that makes you calm and know that you are in good hands. I was given an IV that put me to sleep and I woke up after surgery ready to have my first full set of teeth in nearly 10 years and the staff helped my wife get me to the car safely, ya know almost like family! I really can't say that enough, from the beginning something that I have always been so scared of they made so comfortable and I will forever be grateful to Dr Phillips for quite literally changing my life and his staff for making a scary thing for me a rather enjoyable experience.

Really amazing experience getting all 4 wisdom teeth out. I told Dr. Phillips and the nurses and aids I was extremely anxious and nervous and they couldn’t have been more understanding. They were some of the kindness and most gentle and reassuring people I’ve ever met. The prep and surgery was totally painless and they set me up for a successful recovery really well. They even sent me home with a milkshake (whipped cream and caramel sauce and all). Very very grateful.

Great team work and efficiency and I loved the video preparation sent to me ahead of time so I would know what to expect before, during and after surgery. As for the procedure itself, with anesthesia, there was no discomfort and the process seemed over quickly. In the first two weeks of recovery, thankfully no narcotics were needed, as pain management was accomplished nicely with just Tylenol & Advil👍👍👍

Dr Phillips was recommended to me by another dentist who said he “was the best in Dallas.” He and his staff lived up to the hype! I had an abscessed tooth that was going to be a tricky extraction. I was in and out of the office to the minute he said it would take — pain-free, little bleeding and no meds necessary. Oh and they sent me off with a delicious chocolate smoothy! I’m declaring Park Cities The Best Everywhere!

Excellent experience. Dr. Phillips is very skilled, and the entire staff is top notch. I had a tooth extraction (w/ very deep roots that required anesthesia).It's as good of an experience that I could hope for with a tooth extraction. Dr. Phillips & staff communicated everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made me feel comfortable with every part of the process. They were in constant contact throughout, including weeks after surgery to check in on my recovery.I thought I would need a replacement implant, but Dr. Phillips talked me out of it, citing that it's pricey and almost all patients don't miss that tooth.On top of that, the price of the procedure was considerably less than I expected to pay (no dental insurance).I'd recommend Dr. Phillips to anyone needing an extraction.
