My son has been a patient for 2 years, we have had a great experience. Dr. Ortega is awesome and front and back office staff is great at explaining procedures and very accommodating when scheduling. It does not matter who you talk to at the office, you will always get great service, and in my book that is very important when choosing any service. We definitely would recommend White Rock Orthodontics!

They are clear about walking you through the process.The people that worked on me, Dr Ortega, Helen, among others, are friendly and supportive.This was out of network for me, but worth it. My teenager got her braces off today right on track and just in time for the holidays and dance season! We love Dr. Ortega and his team! Having come from a nightmare orthodontic experience as a kid myself, having someone who creates a welcoming, safe, friendly, fun, and encouraging environment was important to me so rang my children don’t grow up fearing or hating dentists like I did! Dr. Ortega is honest and. Has the perfect mix of “I mean business attitude” when it comes to helping hold the kids accountable for their role in this investment, mixed with empathy and genuine care for the kids he perfects smiles for! Our insurance was verified before the appointment so help them help you by providing that ASAP!Dr. Ortega came in to go over the X-rays & plan & answered all questions in a kind & patient manner.They even worked both my kids in one appointment! I wouldn’t go anywhere else❤️

WRO is truly the best orthodontist office in Dallas! My family has been with Dr Ortega for seven years as we started planning for braces at a young age. The staff is wonderful and has taken such great care of my kids. Yvette and Rebecka took such great care of us at our last visit! They were so patient as they walked us through the final steps for care after the braces were removed. I highly recommend Dr Ortega and team! Plus…two great office locations!

If I could give White Rock Ortho 10 stars I would. The staff is smiling and welcoming as soon as you walk in the door. The ladies in the back are so kind and knowledgeable. I love everyone at white rock orthodontics! They’ve taken great care of my teeth for the last couple of years. The new Adult Patient experience was second-to-none at White Rock Orthodontics this week. Though I am decades older than the majority of patients this practice sees I have always felt so comfortable. Front office, techs and Dr. Ortega are all so friendly and genuine. I started Invisalign in May of 2022 and have been blown away by the progress.
