It was fine. Frances (sit at the front desk) is very nice. I don't like the dental assistant this time. She was not very friendly, and was always in a rush. She had no patience to answer my questions. The dental assistant I had was very good when I visited the office on February 23.I wish they can spend some time to explain the details of my teeth issues. When the treatment was done, they hurried up to send me to the front desk. That is what I don't like about.

I was treated at this location by Dr. Ghazaleh for two root canals. Both times went very smoothly, with very little pain during the procedure (due to anesthesia shots, so basically unavoidable) . Dr. Ghazaleh gives you the feeling she knows what she is doing, so you can just relax while she takes care of you. She is also very good in giving you options, rather than jumping straight to the most invasive (and expensive treatment). All staff is very competent and always available to provide you with all the info you need.

Traumatic Experience, Intense pain, No CompassionFirst, I spoke about this with the “manager” there, and he assured me he would investigate. He never bothered to call me back. Hence, the review. I very, very rarely leave bad reviews, but now I am sharing my experience because I don’t want you to experience what I experienced.I have never experienced so much pain and so little compassion in a dentist office before, and I am an older adult, so I have numerous dental experiences. I have also had root canals before, so I have something to compare it to. This experience can be summed up in one word: traumatic. I could not even speak about it for a several days.I paid $100 for nitrous gas but they kept the level so low it had zero effect. It would have helped immensely had they been willing to do increase the amount of gas. The pain I experienced went down to my bones. I winced, I pleaded for more pain relief. They did later refund me the $100.I was as still and quiet as I possibly could be, but I do admit to minor bodily reactions to the excruciating pain. As a matter of fact, the dentist stopped working on me in the middle of the experience and warned me she was going to quit and send me home --- with a root canal half-way completed! I just pleaded, once again, for anything --- ANYTHING --- to help me with the pain that I would rate a 20 on a scale of one to ten. To threaten me in such a way is not only a unique experience for me: I have never been treated or spoken to in such a terrible way in my entire life by any health care provider.
