Awesome staff, state of the art equipment.. the moment I knew heights smile co was gonna be my go to dentist is when Dr.Nguyen fixed a chip on the back of my front tooth that was damaged in a car accident years ago… other dentist told me, it couldn’t be done, or it was pointless… I’ve have it fixed for 2 years now from Heights smile co. And it’s still going strong!

I have never felt compelled to write a review for a dentist in the past but every single visit with Dr. Nguyen and her staff has been so wonderful that I wanted to share. They are more accommodating, flexible, and professional than any office I have visited. They all take the time to get to know their patients so each visit has been so pleasant. Dr. Nguyen is reasonable and understanding when recommending what dental work to prioritize and is extremely capable with all of the procedures she performs. I highly recommend this office for all your general dental care.

Not only are they the most beautiful team of Women, the staff at Heights Smile Co. make going to the dentist quite an enjoyable experience!Dr. Nguyen is everything you want in a dentist. I really appreciate how transparent she is about pricing and breaking down costs so you know exactly what you’re paying for.I always recommend Heights Smile Co. and I’m happy to have established a life-long dental office!

I would not recommend Heights smile co. To not give specifics, after seeing them for a while my experience with scheduling/front desk staff was sometimes frustrating when trying to schedule vists. The cleanings I have had were very abnormally quick and not thorough at all. They also don't check for gum disease/or pocket depth. The dentist's knowledge seems limited, as she gave me incorrect advice on some serious dental issues on one occasion and when I asked some questions about my treatment plan some of the answers didn't make sense. Overall that experience made it clear that they are not a high quality dentist that I would trust my teeth with, especially after getting a second opinion from a different dentist. She also unfortunately didn't seem as warm or friendly, and visiting them felt a bit "cold" but there were a few assistants who were really nice. I recommend elsewhere for more high quality dental needs, especially if you like your dentist to be very thorough and have deep knowledge and experience. The location was great though, in a trendy area with other retailers and it's usually hard to find good dentists in the loop, so that's the upside.

Plenty of parking, no wait time, latest and greatest x-ray and cleaning equipment, and, most importantly, plenty of quality time with the Dr. explaining what's what and while actually GAF. This is pretty much the complete opposite experience that I've had at the last few dentists that were private equity owned dental factories where they push your mouth through an assembly line, shaming you into upsells while overbilling insurance. Highly recommended- if it was anything but the dentist- I'd really look forward to going back! :)

If you’re looking for a clean & modern dentist office, look no further. I’ve been seeing Dr. Nguyen for 2-3 years and she never disappoints. She makes sure she addresses every dental issue that is brought up. The staff is always welcoming and friendly. It’s hard to find a trustworthy dentist when you lack dental insurance but this office breaks everything down so I never feel like I’m over-paying for anything. I recommend this office to everyone!
