My children love coming here, and we usually don’t have any issues, maybe they have new staff since the last time we were here. The front desk staff is pretty rude. When I came in the lady at the front sternly said, “Do you have an appointment?” Before I could even answer she shouted, “Sign in!” When the lady called us to the back, I said, “Hello” she did not respond at all. Not a very welcoming establishment.

i’ve been going to smile squad for about 5 years now, and every visit is better than the one before. i love this place and i recommend that everyone should go for dental and orthodontic needs. the staff makes it feel like home for every appointment.thank you smile squad for everything you have done for me and my family!!

My kids absolutely love this dentist office. There’s a media room where the kids can watch movies & also a game room where they can play as well.. it’s not like any other dentist office that I’ve been to. Also, I love that the kids are able to watch TV while they’re getting serviced which keeps them occupied & at ease. The decor is super kid friendly, welcoming & inviting as well. They offer orthodontic services also, even for adults. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone who’s interested in finding a kid friendly dentist office with amazing, sweet, & knowledgeable staff members. Be sure to tell Jennifer that I sent you!

This was my first time taking my kids to this dentist and I’m impressed! Love how patient they are with kids and they are so friendly!! We have been with smile squad since my little one was 6 months and now he’s 3 years old ❤️. Today was the first time he needed treatment and like always the staff and the dr are amazing at making my little one feel safe. He just went right on in by himself, which I was surprised since he doesn’t do that with anyone just shows you all how a little ones trust with their dentist grows. I am an extremely happy parent to have found this dental office that cares for my little one as I do. They didn’t force him to do anything which made him even more comfortable and that’s a big plus in my book. Overall todays visit to his dentist was amazing he took care of business thanks to their patience with him ❤️

Babbbbbyyyy this is the best I ever saw in my life, I come from a small town and not one dentist office was looking this cool. I was riding by looking for a dentist for my younger daughter who doesn’t like no type of doctors office. But she loves super hero’s and this was perfect… I mean over the top perfect, and she has autism. She did wonderful the staff was very, very helpful. This will be our permanent dentist, thanks you guys for making my kids and me comfortable. Arcade, movie room and the coins to get a toys, THE BEST. My oldest was getting her teeth cleaned while looking at a movie. Y’all I’m in love wishing I was a kid again.
