We received excellent service at this facility. They treated my wife who has a very serious illness with lot of compassion and scheduled same day evaluation and procedure at the advise of her regular dentist. After my initial phone call they followed up with her dentist and checked her insurance. The root canal was done by Dr. Hill who was very communicative through the process and made her feel comfortable. She experienced no post-procedure issues or discomfort. We recommend them strongly.

Had two different procedures with Dr. Hill and both went very well. Dr. Hill is friendly, highly skilled, and thorough. He takes a conservative medical approach (advising only what you really need). He answered all my qs, which put me at ease, and helped me to understand my needs and options. He also took care to preserve my teeth as much as possible. He and his kind, helpful staff made it a positive experience. If I ever need more work done, glad to know Southwest Endo is there!

Dr. Hill is the fastest and most thorough oral surgeon I have ever met. He talked me through the whole root canal procedure while doing it so I knew what was going on at all times. His dental assistant worked in concert with the Doctor like a well-oiled machine. I was scared at first, but when I saw the doctor and the assistant get to work, It put me at ease at the military precision and speed of the work of the doctor and assistant. I have an infection in one of the roots in a molar. Dr. Hill explained everything completely, seemed very competent and professional as well as friendly. He knew right away what needed to be done. The only reason I gave the office a 4 and not a 5 is because the front desk did not accurately check my insurance and said I would owe the entire amount for the upcoming procedure; After a hour on the phone with my insurance, I am only going to owe 50%. She just called the wrong phone number.

I was referred by my dentist for a root canal retreatment. The appointment was very easy to schedule. Dr. Goodman was very kind, patient, and thorough with the examination and the procedure. He explained things very clearly and answered all my questions. He didn’t pressure me into making any decisions on the spot. The office was very clean and the equipments were top-notch. I didn’t feel any pain throughout the entire root canal re-treatment. Dr. Goodman gave me a lot of confidence and I felt totally comfortable. I really like Dr. Hill and the dental assistant working with him. I am very fearful of dental procedures, and he allayed my fears by just evaluating and was very gentle in palpating a very sensitive area. If I have to have a more involved procedure after I speak with my referring dentist, I will be happy to have Dr. Hill take care of my need at that time. Great experience. The office staff, Tameka, specifically, also handled a financial need of mine very well. I cannot say enough about this practice, and I am pleasantly surprised.
