Over the past year, my experience with Dr. Firouz and the Invisalign treatment option has been exceptionally positive. From the initial consultation to the ongoing follow-ups, Dr. Firouz demonstrated his expertise, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to my treatment plan. The entire process was extremely convenient and straightforward. As my Invisalign treatment has come to a close, I couldn't be happier with the transformative results and the exceptional care provided by Dr. Firouz and his team!

I had extremely painful grinding and jaw pain. I couldn’t even eat or sleep without feeling immense pain from my TMJ. I’m so grateful to Dr. Firouz and my Invisalign treatment. He was able to resolve my TMJ and my minor cosmetic issues. Dr. Firouz created my Invisalign treatment with built in mouth guard in each Invisalign tray. It made an drastic impact. My pain went away in 2 days from my start day of the treatment. 2 days!! I never go to sleep without my Invisalign because it is so comfortable. I wouldn’t go to anyone other than Dr. Firouz.

I had braces for 6.5 years with a different orthodontist and was still extremely unhappy with the results. I hopelessly came to Dr. Firouz and he was able to quickly and effectively give me the smile I had always wanted. I have been a patient of Dr Firouz for 15 mo & I had the most traumatic experience of my life w this place. My teeth were in a good shape & needed very minor orthodontic work. I was given a verbal quote for 9 mo & $6K which was more than what was offered in other practices. I believed the claims of Dr Firouz that he would "deliver excellent results" & trusted him w treatment.I have followed all of his directions religiously.Unfortunately, not only none of those results were delivered, but this is what was caused to me by the unsuitable Invisalign treatment that was given to me here:1- I now have a severe gum recession after wearing these aligners with the rubber bands that were given to me (Zebra & Elephant) for 15mo. This severe gum recession necessitated to stop his treatment on month # 15 which is already months beyond our initial agreement) & to have a prompt very painful & costly surgery for gum grafting to stabilize the affected teeth at this point as they became loose in the process of this Invisalign treatment. I wouldn’t have needed this gum grafting surgery otherwise & nobody in my family has ever needed one... nor was I supposed to still be wearing those Invisalign aligners that haven't accomplished anything good even 15mo in. Note that when I showed the early signs of recession to Dr Firouz, he dismissed it. It required me going to other Drs to find out.2- Added to the needed surgery to stabilize the teeth that were affected in this process, I also had a loss of papilla during this unsuitable movement of my teeth/Invisalign treatment.This resulting combo makes my teeth look horrible now. Note that my smile used to be the first thing people used to notice about me and compliment me on. I never thought getting Invisalign for very minor enhancement could cause me this nightmare.3- Fixing my midlines was one of the main reasons I came here for. I was told I would get excellent results within timeline announced previously. Not only it wasn't fixed but it was worsened & we can no longer reverse the impact (especially after having moved my teeth for the past 15 months in ways that caused more harm and no good).4- The good things about my teeth were undone during this Invisalign treatment: it harmed what was naturally healthy and undid what was successfully done before. My teeth were also looking white and strong pre-Invisalign here, w healthy gums (it was easy to see from my previous pictures); but despite the great hygiene I kept during this treatment & 2 to 3 professional cleanings per year, having my teeth stuck in those plastic trays with the treatment that was given to me made them weak and dark.5- I can no longer close my mouth now & my bite is shaky so it’s affecting my sleep & every aspect of my life.6- No successful results were achieved here whatsoever.Needless to say I'm in a lot of physical and emotional pain with what has happened to me here. After this traumatic experience and discovering that I will have to undergo surgery & procedures, my whole life went upside down. I feel like after I trusted this place with the treatment given to me, I completely lost control over what's happening to my teeth & health as those losses can never be recovered. Other professionals don’t know if they will be able to restore my teeth and smile to something close to OK because of this horrible HORRIBLE Invisalign treatment I received here nor do I know at what cost it will end up being in the end given that it will be a long painful and costly journey & we simply won’t be able to reverse the teeth being overexposed now and the gum loss.When I confronted Dr Firouz with the facts, he refused to refund the $6K & cover the resulting surgery. He kept however repeating how he is a "1 % top Invisalign provider" which I discovered after the facts that it only means the provider has sold more than a certain number of hundreds of Invisalign treatments per year. It’s false advertising & it doesn't have anything to do with success or results/patient outcome. I'm in complete anguish from this Invisalign experience.

My sister and I have been patients of Dr.Firouz for a couple of months now and have experienced nothing but amazing things. I myself have Invisalign treatment. Everything from consultation to my scan and office visits have been easy and very smooth. We have both noticed a tremendous improvement in our smiles within the first month or orthodontic treatment. Dr.Firouz and his team are very professional and kind. I recommend anyone who wants to improve their smile to get seen by him.

Dr. Firouz and his staff are great. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. I have been seeing him for a couple years now. He always takes his time with me to answer any questions I have about my invisalign, and he always makes sure my treatment is working how it is supposed to. If you are thinking about getting invisalign, it is worth a consult. I was skeptical before I started my treatment, but I am so happy I went through with it with Dr. Firouz.

Dr. Firouz is truly an amazing orthodontist! I am about 2-3 weeks away from completing the entire Invisalign process, and it was an extremely positive experience. It has been the easiest process because m I always had help from the dentist/staff along the way. I did a lot of research when I chose a dentist because I have friends who were not very pleased with their experience/dentist, and I got lucky enough to find Dr. Firouz. As a dentist, he is really caring and understanding. I've been honest with him about removing the trays for hours and forgetting to wear them sometimes, and he has been super patient with me.Invisalign is an amazing process but it's not always easy so you're going to need some assistance and reassurance. And expertise. He didn't get annoyed or angry if I forgot to wear them a day or two, and will change the timeline to accommodate a unique treatment plan. The doctor you choose will make a huge difference because being scolded doesn't create a positive outcome. He is super positive about everything. Honestly, he is just great. I am so so happy with my results and my teeth look absolutely perfect, and we're not even fully done with the process.He is super compassionate. The entire office staff is also really great and Karla is very diligent and hard-working. I recently had a bit of pain with my trays because my wisdom tooth is growing out, and he saw me for an"emergency" appointment right away. And he fixed the problem. He takes every question and inquiry very seriously.
