My daughter is nervous going to the dentist that she hasn't gone in a while. She got her teeth cleaned by Melissa. She was very reassuring that she wasn't going to hurt her. She was there to help. She was patience and explained everything to her. Made sure my daughter was comfortable. She kindness and empathy showed and that made my daughter feel safe and was able to complete the cleaning.
