I’ve been going to gentle teeth of kendall for a while now and the service that I’ve received is excellent. Dr Reinaldo Rios is amazing and the staff are friendly and ensure that I am properly informed about my teeth and care. And my hygienist Monica does such a great job love her patience. My daughter is nervous going to the dentist that she hasn't gone in a while. She got her teeth cleaned by Melissa. She was very reassuring that she wasn't going to hurt her. She was there to help. She was patience and explained everything to her. Made sure my daughter was comfortable. She kindness and empathy showed and that made my daughter feel safe and was able to complete the cleaning. I visited Gentle Teeth Friday 8/18 for an dental cleaning appointment. As alway, the visit went very well. Plenty of safe parking. I was immediately greeted and acknowledged. The facility smelled great and all area were very clean including the bathroom. They even have mouthwash for rinsing. The dental tecnician, Monica, called me in a few minutes early which is rare in Miami Dade. She was extremely pleasant and professional. Monica took the time to explain the procedure and sincerly asked if I had anything concerns or questions.The entire visit was pleasant and timely. I highly recommend Gentle Teeth and especially Monica.Before I left, I made my next appoint.

Dr. Samuel has excellent bedside manners. He took time to thoroughly explain orthodontic options to my son. My son will begin his treatment in January and I plan to begin orthodontic treatment with Dr. Samuel as well! Every office personnel was friendly and courteous. Everyone in the office is very friendly. They greet you by your first name as soon as one walks through the door. The hygienist is very thorough and precise and explains everything that will happen. The doctor is knowledgeable and will try everything possible to make you feel comfortable before referring you anywhere else. It’s a pleasure going to Gentle Teeth.

From the moment you walk in you are kindly greeted by the front desk staff. The office is clean and decorated super nice. My experience was great from beginning to end. No long wait. The staff were incredibly nice, efficient, and very competent. The hygienist was amazing and the doctor was super nice! It was hard not to love this place. Will definitely be back!

This place is great . Everyone is excellent. Good service and professionalism. They care about you , all the staff is wonderful.Dr. Rios is very professional and caring , he knows what he is doing and he is interested in doing a good job on your teeth . Since I found this dentist office I am very happy with the service I receive in my teeth . Monica does very good cleanings I really recommend her as well . She really takes care of you .
