My experience today was not favorable. I had an appointment at 4:30... I called to say that it was going to take me a few minutes due to traffic. And they told me that they would wait for me until 4:40... and I arrived at 4:43...ocea 3 minutes later and they simply told me that dr león had left. Which answer I didn't think was sure, I'm that he didn't want to help me. I think it's inhumane to treat a person like that who left work and for three minutes they can't help him.
