My dental hygienist, Ever, provided me superb service! 🤩 He listened to me and addressed my concerns, made me feel comfortable throughout the entire service. I always have excellent care at the downtown location. My dentist, Dr. Martinez, has angel hands and always has me good to go on the first visit. He was my spouses dentist at first and she is always raving about how she has not found another dentist as good since. I drive from out of town to continue my dental needs at Ultra Smile and am pleased with services I have received throughout the past 3 years.

Excellent service and attention. Everybody in is pleasant and efficient. The hygienist taking care of me (Ever) was absolutely professional but as well made the experience a fun moment (which is quite the achievement for a dentist appointment). He is obviously very skilled as I have felt no discomfort at all throughout the procedure.

Went in for a cleaning, Rachel took her time and did an amazing job. Other hygentist in the area rush through the cleaning in half the time.Highly recommend Rachel!

She was very welcoming during my first visit and made feel like I was treated like one of their own family members. I strongly recommend this clinic for others that are looking for a new dentist.

The facility is always clean which is also great too.They have made me feel comfortable from my first appointment. I am utterly disappointed with the service at this dental clinic, particularly with the reception staff. As a long-standing patient who has even opted for a yearly membership, I expected a higher standard of customer care. Unfortunately, my experiences have been far from satisfactory. The receptionists have consistently shown a lack of professionalism, often pretending not to hear my concerns over the phone, leading to disconnections and eventually blocking my number.Regarding the dental services, I had cavity fillings done by Dr. Tuckman, but the procedure has left me with persistent sensitivity in my teeth, which is distressing. This issue persists despite having spent nearly $10,000 at this clinic. Furthermore, there have been significant issues with prescriptions. Not only did they fail to provide the original prescription I was given, but they also issued an incorrect one. When I attempted to rectify this, they outright denied my request.Their pricing is exorbitant, and the value provided does not match the cost. The most disheartening aspect is their yearly membership program, which I find to be a complete facade. Promises of discounts on cosmetic procedures like veneers and custom aligners were not honored. I was particularly interested in getting veneers, but they kept pushing their custom aligners on me, which I had no interest in. They seemed more focused on upselling these aligners rather than providing the 15% discount on veneers/invisalign as advertised in their membership program. This approach not only felt like a hard sell tactic but also a betrayal of what was promised.The inefficiency in handling prescriptions was another major issue. It took them almost a week to respond, and even then, my prescription was incorrectly fulfilled. The lack of professionalism and disregard for patient care is highly concerning.Overall, my experience with this clinic has been extremely negative. The unprofessional treatment I received as a loyal customer is unacceptable. I strongly advise anyone considering this clinic to do thorough research and seek a dental service that truly values and respects its patients.

Every time I have an appointment with them, I always had to wait at least 30min when I arrive because they’re always running late. This will be my last time visiting themBecause they clearly don’t respect customers time.

I recently went for my first visit at this office and had the best experience! I saw Dr. Tuckman and hygienist Rachel. Dr. Tuckman is very knowledgeable, professional, and has an excellent bedside manner. Rachel was very skilled and fun to talk to! Highly recommend seeing Dr. Tuckman on a Tues/Wed downtown (the days she works). I will definitely be back!
