Two years ago, we brought my daughter in for a consultation, and it was the best decision we ever made. She opted for braces, and every step of the way, from scans to alignments, was carried out with such meticulous care that I often found myself stepping back, confident in the knowledge that my precious teenager was in the best hands possible.The front desk staff? Pure sunshine! Their warmth and efficiency truly set them apart in an industry where such experiences are sadly rare.But let's not forget the angel that is Dr. Fatina and her team. In the midst of the pandemic, we faced an emergency that led us to another practice, and it was nothing short of traumatic for my daughter. That's when we found Dr. Fatina, and Thank goodness, Her kindness, her gentle demeanor, her unwavering care — it was everything my daughter needed to feel safe and secure in the dentist's chair again.I can say with absolute certainty that we are here to stay.

It was my first time bringing my daughter for her cleaning and I’m so happy I found Gramercy Kids Smiles !! Vickie was the hygienist we saw and she was absolutely amazing !!! My kids have always been scared of going to the dentist due to prior experiences with other offices, once I transferred their care over to Gramercy Kids smiles, that's exactly all they do now is SMILE when its time to go for a check up. From the Doctors right down to the office staff we have recieved nothing but amazing treatment! I absolutely loved this facility for my daughter. The front office staff are very much on the money and so lovely to chat with while your child is having their xrays done. The doctor and hygienists explain everything thoroughly to the kids/parents and absolutely treat the littles with so much kindness and understanding. I love the fact that my childs hygienist was aware of how children with ADHD are so much more sensitive for this kind of work and my daughter didn't say ow ONCE. (TRUST ME thats rare now a days in NYC!) ABSOLUTELY returning with all the littles. Thank you guys very much for quality care!

The warm and welcoming environment at the clinic truly caters to children, making it a place I wholeheartedly recommend for pediatric dental care.

Dr. Fatina was very friendly and professional. My daughter had a thick lip tie and the procedure took less than 1 minute. Overall very satisfied with the results we are almost 3 weeks post op and it looks really good :) Also they even followed up the same day after the procedure to check on us which is really great. Staff is very friendly and helpful as well. Thank you all.

Our daughter is not a fan of new people. She hated going to the shoe store! But our first visit with Dr. Fatina was nothing short of amazing. The entire staff was welcoming and so kid-friendly.
