Where can I even start? All of the staff (from the front desk, to the orthodontic assistants, and Dr. Togias himself!) are incredibly warm, welcoming, and most importantly, they have done a fantastic job fixing my teeth! I was hesitant about getting braces as an adult -- would it work? Am I too old to walk around with metal braces? It turns out it did work and you're never too old to get braces. Dr. Togias and his staff made this process something to look forward to (and far quicker than I expected). They have been incredibly kind and professional. Two years later, thanks to their help and Dr. Togias' laser sharp focus on perfecting my teeth, I have a fabulous smile! Thank you, Manhattan Family Orthodontics!

Dr. Mia Karam is the best! Our 8 year old needed an expander and she was extremely anxious about the process. Dr. Karam hits the perfect note between being super relatable to the kids, fun and lighthearted and very professional - explaining clearly to both the parent and the child her assessment and plan of action in a way that feels collaborative. When an orthodontist takes the time to include the child in the discussion it creates a sense of safety that makes the entire experience less painful. My child is actually excited for her next appointment with Dr. Karam...which speaks volumes! I'm so grateful we are in the care of Dr. Karam and the whole Manhattan Family Orthodontics team!

Dr. Karam is professional, warm, and very good at what she does. It is a family office and while I am an adult patient I see her interactions with the young ones and she’s amazing. Her dental work is outstanding, I’ve seen outstanding results in record time. Her office staff is just as kind and professional as her. They run on schedule, communicate well, and transparent with costs, and there are no surprises. Great office all around!

I love my smile now! I can't say I loved every minute of this experience - the treatment is a commitment. First week was painful, I didn't think I would go through with it. When it wasn't hurting anymore it was just uncomfortable, it felt like my speech was changing and I sounded as if I was talking with my mouth full. After a month it was just annoying, you'd think you can get used to it, but it still hurt for a day with each new aligner. But then one day you wake up and see the difference and you smile, and you want to keep smiling. Dr. Togias and the whole team at Manhattan Family Orthodontics are are great team that will be with you every step of the way. Thank you!

I can't recommend enough Dr. Togias and the awesome team he has to help him. Angela and Fonsi were very caring and tender with my 3 children that don't like to be poked in their mouths. Michelle @the front desk was always very helpful and understanding with scheduling and moving appointments. Nowadays Priscilla and Alysha are in the Front Desk which are super nice too.I am kind of sad to stop going to their office after 6 years of regular visits.All that to say if you or your family needs an Ortho Treatment make an appointment to see Dr. Kris Togias. You will be in great hands and get an excellent treatment and topnotch care level.

Update: despite the response below saying I’d receive an email outlining a plan, I have not received one. I dislike writing this because I did really like my doctor and the people there, but to basically ghost a patient is really unprofessional.The people who work here are all warm and welcoming, and my experiences in the office were always positive. I had a consultation last summer and a number of visits over the course of close to a year where we discussed treatment, and met two outside surgeons regarding the plan. I was excited to start, but then stopped hearing from them after my last appointment at the end of April 2022. I tried following up a number of times over the course of many weeks, by email and phone, and someone would take my message, but I didn't get a response. Not really sure why or what happened, but am disappointed because I really did like the doctor and the people who work there.

MANHATTAN ORTHODONTICS deserves six stars!!! They were able to take us right away, they were extremely friendly and helpful! We are in NY for family vacation and my daughter’s wire came out of her braces. It was cutting her cheek and causing unbearable pain. Manhattan Ortho had us in and out in 5 minutes. They were SO KIND and the office was bright and happy. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

TLDR; highly, highly recommend!From beginning to end, over 2 years, I had nothing but an amazing experience. From the ladies up front, to the assistants, technicians, and orthodontist - all are extremely kind, communicative, flexible, understanding, informative (I can’t think of anymore words). I truly can’t think of a single critique and I’m eternally grateful for my new smile. Thank you team!!!

It is always a pleasant experience going to Dr Togias’ office. He and his staff Are amazing. His work is meticulous and you are treated with care and respectMy teeth look wonderful after my invisilign treatment here.I would recommend Dr Togias to anyone at any age who is looking to improve their smile and teeth alignment
