It started with such a gracious welcome from Vicky, and then a cleaning that was both thorough and gentle from Justine, multiple x-rays, and then Dr. Kendal’s examination, who was not only professional, but extremely thoughtful and personable. Terrific experience. Very professional and courteous medical professionals and staff. Office is very clean and organized. Very little wait time (especially for a mid-afternoon appointment).Exam was thorough and the explanation of services and insurance was clear. Never felt that i was being rushed through. They took their time to answer all my questions.

I recently moved to NY and was on the hunt for a new dentist. I decided to check out Park Smiles for a routine cleaning and had a really great experience. Their office is easy to find and really clean and modern. Gus welcomed me and did my x-rays and cleaning. He was really friendly and knowledgeable about dental hygiene. He walked me through the entire process and gave me tips on how to maintain healthy gums.I’m glad I found Park Smiles and look forward to my next visit!

If there is one you review you need to read, this is the one you should not miss. I was coming here for a while, so this is not a random or off-the-cuff review. I was fully invested until I was betrayed.I requested Park Smiles NYC to replace the flimsy retainer they provided me after only 20 days of wearing it. However, Orthodontist Junginn Jesse Choi denied my request by blaming me for a nonexistent grinding issue. She refused to provide a fair resolution and cited "office policy." After several attempts, the office finally acknowledged that it was indeed a broken retainer. Despite waiting for over a month, they never followed up on the matter. So, I spoke with their office manager, Lisa Bredbenner. After a couple of frustrating conversations with Orthodontist Junginn Jesse Choi, I told Lisa that the job was unfinished and I would dispute their remaining charges (approximately 20% of the total cost or the last two months of the 12-month payment plan of this INCOMPLETE PROCEDURE) with my credit card company, which I did. Finally, I received an email from Lisa offering me a replacement, but it was icy cold, unreconciling, and discourteous. I have decided to decline their offer of replacing their broken retainer because of how they handled the issue, and my friends, family, and I will take our business elsewhere. I recommend others do the same. No one deserves to be treated rudely due to a mistake on the part of the provider.

Park Smiles significantly under estimated the cost of the oral surgery and tried to charge us an additional $3200 for the anesthesia, which is out of pocket. The office knew the surgery would take 2 hours and only provided one hour estimate for the anesthesia knowingly. This is a poorly managed office and provided an artificially low estimate to get our business with unethical over charging after services are rendered. They will not take responsibility for over charging their client. Proceed with caution and avoid if you can. I wish we had gone somewhere else!

I have amazing dental appointments at Park Smiles NY. Everyone is friendly, very attentive and the atmosphere is very comfortable. I have yet to wait more than 10 minutes for my name to be called. I’m able to ask questions and even share laughter with my hygienist. If you’re looking for a new Dentist, I definitely recommend 10/10. Did I forget to mention the Flatscreen on the ceiling? When your seat is adjusted back, you can actually watch your favorite show which can help take your mind off of the procedure.

As someone who has had terrible experiences at dental offices in the past, I have to say my first visit at Park Smiles changed my negative feelings toward getting to the dentist!The dental hygienist who completed my cleaning was thorough, gentle, and patient. She talked through each step and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way.The dentist who looked over my x rays and further checked my teeth was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and also patient as she explained next steps and potential upcoming procedures.Thank you Park Smiles NYC for no longer making me dread scheduling a dental appointment!!

Friendly office. Easy to get a convenient appointment. Took care of insurance billing.More importantly a great teeth cleaning and dental care. Hygienist and Dentist both took time to listen to me and talk through any concerns. Am looking forward to years with this practice. Thank you!

I have been a patient for a bit now and thus far very happy with my care at Park Smiles NYC. The staff have always been friendly and welcoming. My dentist ensures that I am comfortable, which is very difficult for me being that I am very scare of any type of procedure/pain (or just even a cleaning to be honest lol) My doctor is very understanding and makes sure i am calm. My son is also a patient here :-)
