My experience was very informative and calming. Dr. Black has excellent cheer side Manner’s and I was very pleased to see that he listened closely to my concerns. The office staff is very efficient and their timing response is impeccable. I brought my entire family to SmileSpace for our dental care visit and it was amazing!!! Amber, thee amazing hygienist, did a magnificent job!! She took her time, she talked me through what she was doing, and told me what she was seeing. She was so thorough. She gave great tips! I was very happy with the before and after pictures of my teeth!! After seeing her, I did an xray with Nia, who was very kind and pleasant. She was very patient and told me which parts of the exam would be uncomfortable. I really appreciated her sweet bedside manner. My kids (3 y/o and 4 y/o) saw Lynette (hygienist) and she was AH-mayzingggg with them!! She explained everything to them, made them feel and touch the products, and included them in their own examination. She was patient and so sweet in how she interacted and engaged with them. She’s forever going to be there hygienist and Amber is forever going to be my hygienist! lol lol Dr. Black conducted an exam on everyone after we cleaned out teeth. He was stellar!!!! My kids enjoyed his exam and he provided every tid bit of details on their teeth!! I also had a very thorough exam with him! I learned sooo much about my teeth and my gums from my visit with him, which I will not share, lol. He was brutally honest and so kind in his delivery! He always makes the best recommendations for products and tips going forward! I highly recommend SmileSpace for all your dental needs!!!

The whole dental experience was exquisite.I have never said that before about a dentist ever in my life. From the check in at the desk (with a cold beverage from the fridge) & checkout with a dental swag bag.Before my dental cleaning the hygienist was extremely cool, focused and professional. She reclined the chair back and handed my comfortable headphones and tv remote, so I may select my viewing options. The television is mount on the ceiling. I watched " insecure" while she clean my teeth.Smile Space stands on business.10⭐️'s PeriodT!

I was excited about Smile Space coming to Harlem, so I scheduled a cleaning before they officially opened. In the meantime, at a previous dentist office, while getting my braces taken off, they noticed I needed a root canal redone. I went through it with them, but instead of returning, I chose to get the crown done by Dr. Black instead.Dental work can be time consuming and I cannot count on one hand how many services I received from Smile Space since October, but it was because when things did not go as planned, they put me first every time and was extremely accommodating. At times, I was nervous to call in because I didn’t want them to think I was being a nuisance, but they were so welcoming and always had a sense of urgency.I’m not the most reactive person (which they all laugh about LOL) so to you Dr. Black, Diana and everyone else I encountered with, with every visit, I was always left 100% satisfied! This is by far the best experience I have ever had at a medical practice and I’m forever grateful for how patient you all were with me!

I booked an appointment easily through their link, was able to fill out all forms online as well which made my appt easy. When I showed up everyone was super friendly and informative the entire visit. I didn't have to wait long, they had sparkling water in the waiting area. The flat screen TV was a plus to my visit, but I was in and out so quick, it wasn't necessary. They also have parking which I will utilize for my next visit.

There was miscommunication, but in the end the service rendered was well worth it.Hopefully the dental work which needs doing will be done with quality.I am absolutely satisfied with the cleaning and the gentleness I received was great!

The first dentist I went to said I needed a root canal and an operation on the tooth next to it (fractured root), plus another filling to the cost of $2,400. My friend recommended Dr. Cory Black, for a second opinion, he said I did not need a rood canal OR an operation to repair a fractured root. I just need a good cleaning and a new fillings for both teeth.Be careful with these dentist, the first dentist was getting ready to do a root canal on a good tooth all for the sake of getting paid!!I cannot thank Dr. Black for his honesty. You have gained a patient for life.

My first appointment with Dr. Black was an incredible experience. He was knowledgeable, personable & very relaxed!! His staff was inviting and very welcoming. The office space was stylishly prestine, along with the on-time, excellent client services, were seamless from beginning to the end! Eagerly looking forward to completing my dental requirements going forward.

I bumped into their Harlem Business page and decided to get a clean up.Must say i felt the Good vibes and energy from the moment i walked in.I met Diana she was welcoming and made sure i felt at ease.Going to the Dentist isnt easy you have to be mentally ready.As i waited no more than 5 mins.A young lady by name of Gabby introduced herself to me and Guided me into heaven.She really did her job.She cleaned my Teeth and did an Amazing Job.Very professional.Then after Dr.Wiggens arrived and told me exactly what i need to improve my smile.I will be switching Dentist to proceed with getting my smile exactly how it show be.Thank you Smile space Harlem.😃👍🏽

While doing my due diligence in researching a new dentist, I took a chance on Dr. Black and his team at the Harlem location. Let me tell you, as soon as I walked into the reception area, Diana greeted me (I forgot the other dental receptionist's name) with courtesy and respect. They even offered me with LaCroix water. My wait was only 5 minutes after my appointment time. The dental hygienist, Gabby, was very personable, and she even gave me a pair of goggles to wear to avoid water splashing on my face. Her gentle approach to cleaning my teeth made me feel at ease. The space is clean, and they have top-notch state-of-the-art equipment. The x-ray procedure was a little uncomfortable, but what do you expect? She was almost finished cleaning my teeth when Dr. Black came in and asked if he could review my x-ray because he had an emergency procedure and didn't want me to wait. Talk about respecting my time, which I much appreciated. While examining my teeth, he thoroughly explained what was happening as I didn't need any additional procedures (thank goodness). After he left, Gabby continued with my cleaning and added Vaseline to my lips to avoid chapping (that's so new and welcoming). Who wants to leave the office with chappy lips? LOL. Once that was done, I returned to the receptionist area to schedule my next six months. What I liked about this experience was that Diana explained how the billing process worked, as my insurance covered it.Also, if you need care or additional services (such as root canal, filling, etc.), his office will work with you and provide a payment plan. Their philosophy is never to turn away patients if they are in financial need. Kudos to Dr. Black and his team for their attention and care for their patients. See you in six months!
