Dr. Vaysman is not just our go-to orthodontist but also almost all of our friends’. She (and all of the assistants and office staff) are always friendly, answering our questions or help quickly. Their rate is transparent - and pretty reasonable too considering the care and treatments we received. Most importantly, we are very happy with the results.

I completed my orthodontic treatment with Dr. Tanya Vaysman and her team and had a great experience. When I decided to get braces, I visited several orthodontists in NYC, but I ultimately chose Upper Eastside Orthodontist because Dr. Vaysman and her team were very professional and welcoming. Also, they offered the best treatment cost. I had traditional ceramic braces during my treatment, which reduced the visibility of the braces compared to the traditional metal ones. Throughout the treatment, Dr. Vaysman always addressed my questions and concerns. The few times I had an emergency, the office was able to schedule me for an appointment right away. Overall, I am very glad I chose UEO for my treatment and highly recommend it!

My daughter was going to start treatment and I debating on getting Invisalign for a long time; I have anxiety about my teeth, having had braces in my teens. I decided I would go along with her and do it together. I'm so glad we did. Dr. Vaysman has all the latest technology, she understood my hesitation and really put my mind at ease. I have had a very fulfilling experience with the team at Upper East side Orthodontics. I had a lot of crowding in my front teeth and as advised by them I went through the invisalign treatment for 2 years. As an adult making the decision to wear orthodontics and shopping for an orthodontist is no easy task. Throughout my search I interviewed with three orthodontists and immediately after speaking withDr. Vaysman at Upper Eastside Orthodontists, I knew she was the one. She's a perfectionist at orthodontics and takes pride in patients results, she's very big on patients keeping scheduled appointments.The practice is beautiful and attractive, the front desk staff is ever so accommodating. Two of her techicians Indira and Cesar, I'm always so lucky to have them work on my adjustments and orthodontic emergencies. They are both very sweet, knowledgeable and most of all efficient. I was being told that I shouldn’t do braces as it will cause my facial changes. Went to Dr Vaysman for second opinion. She told me it is okay, will not cause any facial changes and premature aging. I regretted that I trust her as she does not really know about braces on facial effect. She does everyone in a generic way. Plus, she only see me once and started the treatment by pulling out 4 teeth. After that, the subsequent follow up was all done by her helper. After seeing prominent nasolabial fold, she denied that’s cause by the braces. She totally ignored all my concerns and doesn’t address my concern until I wrote in review. Then she started asking me to pull down my review. After pulling down my review, I felt bad that I did not write what’s honest in this page, decided to put it back here after many years. She told me if I pull down my review. She can return me the money. I think it is more important to say the truth now and she can’t sue me with writing the truth and company can’t ask someone to pull down the review.

I went to see Dr. Vaysman because my bite had shifted significantly and I wasn’t able to chew food. I opted for the full package Invisalign and was really happy with the results. I’m able to chew properly again, my teeth are straight, and I have a very comfortable bite. She listened to my concerns and made the appropriate adjustments. The staff has also treated me well. They are very responsive over email and it was easy for me to get appointments.

Dr. Vaysman and her team are top notch! She’s treated all 3 of our kids, and, after about 12 years of palate expanders and braces, we’re in the home stretch with our 2 youngest. She has worked wonders with mouths too small to fit all of their teeth, which now all have beautifully aligned teeth and brilliant smiles. Her staff are professional, courteous, and responsive. They make the whole office visit experience run pleasantly and smoothly, even with a very busy practice. Highly, highly recommend.
