This team is incredible! The front desk is always looking for ways to help out their clients. Christina and Josephine are very responsive and never fail to reach out or go out of their way to get you the answers you need. All the orthodontists handle with extreme knowledge and care. Everyone at the office is always in a great mood which helps keep the office energy high and inviting.

This experience started out well, and ended up feeling rushed and inconsistent. I had a hard time getting appointment times that worked for me, and got conflicting feedback and direction from the different doctors I saw. It felt like a high volume medical practice experience, where I wasn’t able to get focused treatment or have conversations about my concerns.During treatment, there was a point where my teeth felt like they were being damaged by my braces, and I wasn’t able to bring this concern up with Dr Kalika- I only got a cursory chat with him. I ended up chipping a tooth.At the end of my treatment, Kalika told me I was done, scheduled my de bond, and when I showed up another doc told me I wasn’t finished, and asked me to sign a release form waiving liability. For several checkups, Kalika had told me I was “almost done” and “going to be done early”. During this time I moved out of state, and was assured appointments would be flexible to accommodate my travel, but it ended up being difficult to get in when I had availability.Altogether, I think the treatment worked, but the experience has not been pleasant.

I had my braces put on today by Marina and she made sure I was comfortable and honestly, it was so quick. She made sure to check on me, if I needed suction or was in pain. Sandy was also great! She helped remove my attachments from a previous invisalign treatment. I was mentally prepared for it to take way longer. The doctors and staff here answered all of my last minute questions and made me confident that I went to the right place. I highly recommend this office, staff, and Dr. Kalika.
