This team is incredible! The front desk is always looking for ways to help out their clients. Christina and Josephine are very responsive and never fail to reach out or go out of their way to get you the answers you need. All the orthodontists handle with extreme knowledge and care. Everyone at the office is always in a great mood which helps keep the office energy high and inviting.

This experience started out well, and ended up feeling rushed and inconsistent. I had a hard time getting appointment times that worked for me, and got conflicting feedback and direction from the different doctors I saw. It felt like a high volume medical practice experience, where I wasn’t able to get focused treatment or have conversations about my concerns.During treatment, there was a point where my teeth felt like they were being damaged by my braces, and I wasn’t able to bring this concern up with Dr Kalika- I only got a cursory chat with him. I ended up chipping a tooth.At the end of my treatment, Kalika told me I was done, scheduled my de bond, and when I showed up another doc told me I wasn’t finished, and asked me to sign a release form waiving liability. For several checkups, Kalika had told me I was “almost done” and “going to be done early”. During this time I moved out of state, and was assured appointments would be flexible to accommodate my travel, but it ended up being difficult to get in when I had availability.Altogether, I think the treatment worked, but the experience has not been pleasant.

I had my braces put on today by Marina and she made sure I was comfortable and honestly, it was so quick. She made sure to check on me, if I needed suction or was in pain. Sandy was also great! She helped remove my attachments from a previous invisalign treatment. I was mentally prepared for it to take way longer. The doctors and staff here answered all of my last minute questions and made me confident that I went to the right place. I highly recommend this office, staff, and Dr. Kalika.

I started with Image Orthodontics about a year and 2 months ago, they have been amazing to work with along this journey. They are always open to questions and seek to be as helpful as possible.I had gone for two separate opinions that mentioned the need for jaw surgery, prior to being referred to Image Orthodontics by a close friend. Great orthodontist office! Accidentally showed up for an appointment that I myself rescheduled to pick up my new set of InvisiLine aligners. Turned out that my aligners had been delivered the day before. So instead of turning me away and making me wait for my scheduled appointment that is still a few weeks away, they were able to fit me in so I could pick up my new set of aligners early.

I’ve recently undergone my treatment at Image Orthodontics and my experience was wonderful from the first consultation to the final result.I had a large gap between my front teeth and severe overbite. Dr. Kalika took time to explain all the steps and timeline for my treatment. He clearly explained why traditional metal braces would work better in my case. As for my overbite, I was 41 yo at the time I started wearing braces, but after treatment my overbite has been significantly improved. They took off my braces recently and I noticed a remarkable improvement in how my teeth look.I feel great, my smile is healthier and more attractive.The atmosphere at the office is warm and welcoming. I had to reschedule several times and they’ve always been ready to try to find a time for you even though they are very busy.I would strongly recommend Dr. Kalika and the whole team.

I just finished my ortho treatment today at Image Orthodontics!!! It’s been a long journey with some challenges but Dr. Yan Karina and his talented crew did an excellent job!!! Administrative assistants Tatyana and Kristina are very helpful and flexible when it comes to reschedule the appointment or take patients for any emergency requests!
