Then, today Jose removed my stitches with precision and pain free. He put me at ease by communicating progress, providing next step and educating me on how to care for the new implant area. I graduated from dental school in 1968 and have been active in dentistry for this whole time, currently as a faculty member at UCSF. I know good dentistry when I encounter it, and Dr. Pasquinelli's practice is, if not The Best, certainly up there in dentistry's stratosphere of periodontics practices. I used to refer to him when I was in practice, and when I needed periodontal surgery, I referred myself to him.

Dr Pasquinelli and his staff were great! I'd had an upper molar pulled as part of a big jaw surgery months ago and was interested in getting an implant to replace it, just so I can chew there. On a first consult visit Dr Pasquinelli spent much of an hour discussing what was possible and doing an exam of all my teeth (like your hygienist does when you get a cleaning.) He explained several things about pockets and flossing that I didn't know. Today we had a virtual call where he took the time to explain that given my situation, I would be perfectly fine to NOT have an implant, since nobody could see the molar anyway, and it wouldn't actually be a problem to not have it replaced. I totally didn't expect that! He explained everything clearly and laid out all the options and we agreed on a plan going forward. I was very impressed, and would absolutely recommend him and his office if you need periodontal work done.

I've been with this practice for about a year. Cleanings are thorough. Staff is friendly, empathetic, and knowledgeable. Home care recommendations rely on the most recent research and available products. Had a mild miscommunication on the initial treatment plan, but they've taken care of me well. Had a borderline emergency; to keep me from having to come in unnecessarily, they did their initial screening by having me take photos at home. Turned out I did need to come in, and they saw me same day as soon as I was able to get to the practice. Highly recommend.

Dr. Hashimoto was superb! Very personable, offered up tons of good information relevant to my situation while simultaneously answering any questions I threw at him. He explained everything as he spent almost an hour doing the most thorough dental exam I’ve ever had. Kay (I think that was her name), his assistant, was very knowledgeable and took these crazy photos of the entire inside of my mouth! I’m in good hands with these folks!

Tens years ago I had expert implant work done by Dr. Pasquinelli and team on front tooth and its held up beautifully. This month I returned for work on a lower jaw tooth and was doubly impressed by the positively, professionalism, competence, modern tech applications and goodwill of all staff to arrange for next round of orthodonture work. Dr. Olivares is a wonderful doctor. She is extremely knowledgeable, thorough and plans the best course of treatment. I just recommended her to a friend that needs a similar procedure to mine.Adding to this review, I had an intensive cleaning with Wendy yesterday. She is amazing…super nice and very thorough. This is an updated review of Dr. Nicole Olivares,’s office and her excellent hygienist Natalie. Natalie has been providing oral hygiene care for me for the past six months, after I was diagnosed with OLP. It is a very difficult condition inside of the mouth, and Natalie knows how to properly take care of my mouth so I am not in pain, while doing a meticulous cleaning, which is absolutely necessary for this particular condition. I am very fortunate to have such amazing professionals taking care of me.
