I am extremely disappointed in this clinic, they made me sign a treatment before doing it (I thought it was consent to do it). At the end of the appointment there were processes that were not carried out and even then they did not adjust it and charged me, the total I paid was $1005.76. When paying I asked if the insurance had not covered the total cost of the treatment at all, they answered that that was the cost with the insurance included. I thought it was really too much, however, since I didn't speak the language in which they gave me the summary of the visit and costs, I realized this until we got home and I was able to translate it.I decided to make a comparison since they had previously undergone a more exhaustive process and the cost had been much lower ($414.36). I realize that the percentage they were taking from the insurance was incorrect and that they had charged me for a treatment NOT PERFORMED. I called and told them all of this. The receptionist who told me that in effect they had charged me for something that had not been done and that they would reimburse me for the $372 cost of what was NOT done, but that however the insurance covered only that (40%) I contacted my insurance and they told us that we had the total amount to cover the expenses again, according to this they told me that it was 70% of the treatment.I called later and the manager answered (it's the same one at reception, so there was no different answer). And in a rude tone he told me that he was going to check everything and would contact me later. He called and sent me a document where supposedly I owed $81 for the previous treatment and that I had to pay for it (something they never told me before, however, since I made the claim they realized). He agreed that the insurance covered more than the total amount of the treatment and that they would make the adjustment and notify me later how much more they would reimburse me.More than 20 days have passed since the day I made the claim and I still have not received any notification much less a refund.Please, if you have more options, skip this clinic, it really is a ROBBERY WHAT THEY DO.I had already read similar comments about them, so this is not the first time they have done this type of action.

Doctor Asha Patel was my child’s first dentist. She is one of the best dentists I have known. She is so gentle in her approach, very soft spoken, kind and generous with her time. She is really good with my kid. Her office and staff have always been very professional and courteous. Everything is kept clean and organized. They are always willing to help. Once, they even gladly put my drink in the fridge so it would stay cool for me. They will go above and beyond to make sure our child is comfortable.The doctors made sure that they had exhausted every possible technique to avoid Anesthesia. My child has to be sedated, as she was just non compliant. They were very upfront about the cost of the anesthesia and she was going to need. Dr Lore has been such amazing dentist too with my fussy child during her fillings. He helped her stay calm. He talked her through the procedure. He even used props. Then during the procedure he let her know what was happening during each step. It helped keep my child relaxed and at ease. I would highly recommend this place.

Well I am wondering if this is a clinic or casino where they scam the people. As we are new in USA, this is also shocking for us and never expected it from the hospital/clinic.In short, first appointment with the doctor was quite good, and they gave us two proposals of treatment for my 3 years old son.Treatment of three teeth will cost me 342.40$ and rest will be paid by insurance.OrTreatment of seven teeth will cost me 506.36$ and the rest will be paid by insurance.So I opted for all seven teeth and agreed to the payment.On the day of treatment, doctor (Roberto Loar) advised, it will be too much for the kid at one shot therefore he will do remaining four teeth after two weeks and we agreed as what doctor advised.After I made the payment, the receptionist told me that I have to pay ~400$ instead of ~164$ on our next visit which came as a big surprise for me.When I enquired about the increament, receptionist told me that I have to pay for the medicine twice as my wife has asked the doctor to do the treatment in two parts.When I asked, can I speak to the doctor? She said the doctor already left for the lunch (at 10:30am) and will return after 1pm. I asked if I could speak to your manager, she (Julie) said I am the manager, no one can do anything.The Manager Miss Julie, became brutal liar, putting allegation on my wife that she had made all the changes in plan etc etc and we cannot talk to the owner, we cannot talk to the doctor and we have to leave the premises.Miss Julie then proceeded to confirm with us if we would like to go ahead with our next appointment if not then we should leave the premises right away as they are closing for the lunch as well.I felt, the doctor "Roberto Loar" is equally aware about all these price increment, but was never given a chance to speak to him.I left the clinic but decided not to go there again.Later my wife told me, attendant inside the clinic was quite rude, she put the racist remarks on her while my wife was standing with my kid that "do not touch the machine it is very expensive anyway".As far as the treatment is concerned it looks fine so far until I will visit another doctor and get an advise. So beware!!, if you are going for a treatment at this clinic.

We’ve been going to Super Kids Austin since both kids grew teeth and we love Dr. Loar and the whole staff here. My 4.5 year old has had them fix a cavity and pull a tooth (from an injury) and yet he still gets really excited every time we go to the dentist. They do a really good job of creating a fun and safe environment for kids. It’s super hero themed and they always send the kids home with a small toy or balloon which my kids really enjoy. 10/10 would recommend this practice. :)

I have been going here for 3 years now. I’m currently moving and I told Superkids at my last appointment that I didn’t want to schedule anymore appointments because I’m moving far. The office lady’s immediately had an attitude. I knew they talked about me because the dentist and the assistant knew without me telling them. Seemed off. My child has asthma and her inhaler caused her to have issues with her teeth and I had to schedule an appointment with General anesthesia. I scheduled the only appointment that was more than 30 days away and to get this done before I move and the office had me sign a bunch of paperwork that said my appointment date. And I still have a paper with this date on it. Now that my appointment is tomorrow I called the office because I never got my appointment time that they told me that they would call with. I was transferred to someone who insisted she was the person in charge. The “in charge” office lady named Julia or something said my appointment was rescheduled WITHOUT them calling to let me know after I took off time for it. And the appointment I have an appointment card for in April for a check up for my other daughter was not on the day it was scheduled anymore. As I was asking “why did this happen? Why didn’t I get a call?” Julia never answered my questions with a rude response and insisted that it was an issue with my insurance, a 30 day wait. Which is has been more than 30 days. She never apologized for the misunderstanding or them messing up. She just kept repeating May 3 and talking over me.(next available day) I’m only making a review because they must of hired a new person and she is not kind and doesn’t care about the customers who go there. I would of appreciated a call or something. All this would have been avoided. I’m sure they will delete my review.🤷♀️

The dentist and dentist assistant were so nice and cheerful. They made my little one feel so comfortable and even gave him a sticker and rubber ducky. I also really enjoyed how helpful the receptionist staff was when I arrived. They immediately asked after checking me in and filling out paper work if I wanted to schedule his next appointment. She was able to schedule it months in advanced, which is very convenient when it comes to dentist and doctor appointments.

They are very nice, professional, knowledgeable, and quick! We called that Friday morning they got our daughter in the same day which was amazing!I called 4 other Dentist practices they were all booked even for emergency check up which my daughter was in pain I needed to get her in asap. They didn't make us wait but 1 minute in the waiting room. We like how they are taking serious safety precautions.They took care of our daughter who is a toddler she is 2.5 years old, took care of the issue, made her feel very comfortable.She even got a balloon & a little rubber ducky!Thank you very much! We will be back for our next visit!

Dr. Patel, is GREAT! as well as her staff. They are always ready to help! When my daughters have procedures done I’m always nervous. Nevertheless, Dr. Patel always reassures me and always checks on my girls a day after to check up on them 😊We recommend Dr. Patel 100% we are super happy to have found Dr. Patel!

My two kids have been under their dental treatments since the beginning of the year 2021, every one in the clinic from receptionist to doctor is great, any time if l need to talk to them just call or make appointment easily which is really different from other clinics or hospital l have seen so far. I recommend all my friends to experience Super Kids services

My kids were afraid of dentists and I was too. After consulting initial visit with Dr. Patel, she mentioned deep checkup for my kids and cleaning/filling for me. My son & daughter exam went fine. I, on the other hand, delayed it for another 5 months.I went back to Dr Patel when my toothache worsened. She performed extraction on the first day and I DIDN’T FEEL THE NEEDLE. I couldn’t believe it. She has the most gentle hands and her work is beautiful.BTW, her staff is great as well. They are very friendly and there is always kids movie on. My kids love the parting gifts from Dr Patel’s office.Even though we live one state over, she is our family dentist. I wouldn’t trade her for anything.
