Friendly Staff Does Not Equal Good Outcomes:My daughter’s retainer had low quality the two times I’ve went there. Both times when they were “fixed” were poorly made. They had excess plastic on the retainers, which they did not care to change even after the first time. The excess parts had cut the inside of my daughter’s cheek, gum, and tongue. After our 3 year plan was over, the orthodontics had refused to help unless a consultation fee was paid.I had requested to meet the orthodontist and wanted to go over details about my daughter’s braces plan’s outcome. My daughter’s teeth were not perfectly straight as her front tooth was slightly crooked and one of her canines were raised. Emily the office administrator had insisted on me paying a $100 consultation fee, even though I had mentioned it was for an issue related to their services when my daughter had braces. They continuously insisted on charging me even though they didn’t care to acknowledge the problems I had.There is a possibility my daughter will have to get braces a second time. We had went to another professional orthodontist because of how uncomfortable the retainer was for my daughter. The orthodontist had given us feedback on how her teeth was not the best outcome, which is why we didn’t realize how poor of a job our original orthodontics had done sooner. Due to their lack of skills, they were unable to make my daughter’s teeth completely straight OR create a good retainer which could be used long term.

Straight finish orthodontist has excellent service, staff are very friendly and patient. They explain the process very well, and made sure if we have any questions about the process. Dr. Fung is very patient and explains the procedure very well. Recommends things if needed.I highly recommend. My teeth had never been straighter!

The adjustment is not good, the upper teeth are adjusted too far inward, and the lower teeth appear protruding. It looks good even if it is not straight! 😭😭My friend’s daughter also has the same problem💔💔There was a loudspeaker girl at the front desk who spoke like she was buying food at a vegetable market. She even took a few extra $20 notes when paying in cash and she didn't like having so much change.Isn't 20 money? Because I’ll give you $1 so you can order enough📢📢Overall I don’t like it! Not recommended! 🏴‍☠️🏴‍☠️After careful consideration, I paid thousands of dollars, but I really suffered a lot and even made myself look ugly! 🌑🌑

Dr. Fung and her team are super friendly, professional, and kind. They treat patients with respect and explain things very clearly and thoroughly. The clinic is modern and clean. Check-in is very easy and we are always greeted with smiles.My daughter's orthodontic treatment went very quickly and smoothly, and Dr. Fung left no stones unturned in checking out any possible issues. Now that my daughter's braces is off, we will miss seeing this friendly staff on a regular basis!

This is the best place to get Ortho services! Dr. Fung is very experienced and the staff is extremely professional. The location is super clean, organized, and welcoming. The staff has adapted very well with Covid-19 with a safety form I fill out before every appointment. They also provide hand sanitizer and temperature checks. I can't recommend this location enough especially for someone like myself doing adult orthodontia. My dental plan was a little confusing but the front desk made it very simple for me to coordinate with my dental coverage. Don't hesitate to make your appointment!

I have been visited Dr.Fung and all these nice and patience ladies for 3 years. Because I almost finish my treatment, I can’t wait to say the thanks for their professional services and their flexible schedules with my treatment! Office is clean, spacious, and adhering to COVID-19 protocols. From scheduling, checking in to an appointment to seeing the doctor, the process is fast and efficient. Really appreciate how the staff and Dr. Fung take their time explaining treatment options and providing full transparency on payment. I definitely feel cared for as a patient :) I'm almost halfway through my invisalign treatment and I look forward to updating my review at the end!

Was referred to Straight Finish Orthodontists by my local dentist and have to say Dr. Shauna Fung and team are amazing! Reception is very nice, accommodating and will work with your schedule. Appointment times are generally quick, and there are two locations to arrange your visit (Manhattan & Brooklyn). Would definitely recommend to anyone who's considering getting braces.

I am writing this review to share great praise for Dr. Shauna Fung and her staff at Straight Finish and to express that I am absolutely thrilled with the results achieved with my Invisalign! Well, I had the traditional braces previously with them as well, but I didn’t wear my retainers therefore my teeth shifted and I decided to do Invisalign with her. She is an amazing Orthodontist and her staff is excellent to work with, always friendly and accommodating. Both offices offer a clean, modern environment and their availability and locations make it very convenient to schedule appointments where and when you need them.Throughout the entire treatment plan for both times, I felt that Dr. Fung and her staff were supportive, informative and reassuring. They definitely explain every part of the orthodontics process in detail and go over any questions, comments or concerns you have. They really go above and beyond to make sure you leave the office loving your new smile. I am very pleased by the look of my new smile – and yes, I find myself smiling more confidently now! I highly recommend Dr. Fung and her friendly staff; they will be there for you each step of the way.

Dr. Fung and her staff are amazing! Everyone has been so warm and friendly.I have braces for at least 1.5 years and I'm pleased with Dr. Fung's "perfectionist" mentality. She was really nice and informative. The team were great at sending reminders and always friendly and of course the office were super nice and clean. They explained everything we need to know about braces, how to keep it clean and healthy. I recently got my braces off and I absolutely love how my teeth look like. Overall, the entire staff went above and beyond. I absolutely loved my experience here! Definitely recommend this place. Thank you to Dr.Fung and her staffs.
