The doctor and the front desk are very kind.The effect is very good after correction

I got my braces done here a while back and everything was less than okay, the front desk was really rude, she was a older lady with rectangular glasses and black hair. (Was not happy to service people who did not bring her a coffee or something..you get the point.)I've gotten my retainers replaced a couple of times here which is COSTLY. I think it was ~200 to replace..correct me if I'm wrong. The material of the retainers are really thin and flimsy and SO SO SO fragile. So you can probably guess what happened...my retainer ended up breaking again :DI've been trying to contact the staff here VIA email for TWO YEARS LOL. Guess what? Got no reply back..EVER.You might ask why I contacted through email and not phone calls? Well first, on their website it states if I have a concern I should email them via their email. (HEADS UP YALL THEY DID NOT RESPOND LOLOL EVER) I've sent countless emails and I've gotten no responses. Literally ZERO, it's really upsetting to be honest. Then we move on and you might say then just call them. I tried. Everytime I called I would either be directed to voicemail OR OR get this, someone would pick up and then just tell me to hold on and NEVER come back. MULTIPLE TIMES.Yeah moral of the story, save yourself time and money. Don't go here, you can definitely find somewhere better. 100%.

My teeth used to be SO crooked. I had my braces on for at least 1.5-2 years and my teeth are already straight. Throughout the time I wore my braces, only one of my bracets ever fell off, which I'm surprised about. Currently wearing retainers and I'm surprised about how strong they are! I've heard about people's retainers breaking, but the retainers I got feel pretty sturdy, so I'm pretty confident about the durability of them. The staff are very nice and assistive too. Overall, I'm happy about my experience.

It's only been like a month since I've gotten my braces off and I'm very satisfied with the experience that I've had here throughout the year. I feel like my braces journey went by so quickly because I thought I had to wait another month or two to get my braces off. But ever since I got my braces off I feel like my smile has definitely improved a lot, so I want to thank you guys for all hard work you've put into helping me achieve a better smile! Also, the staffs are very friendly and understanding. So, I definitely recommend others to come here!

The place is pretty small but it ensures that every person is taken care of properly and the results are very promising. The staff there were all so kind, professional, and very cooperative and patient to having to change my appointment times due to my busy and spontaneous schedule. If you happen to miss an appointment by any chance, they’ll make sure to call and confirm next available time with you which to me was really helpful as sometimes it slips my mind when I’m busy with work and other stuff. Overall really recommend this place 100%

My daughter did her braces with Dr. Luk. She had severe overcrowding of teeth and one of her teeth was rotated sideway because there was just no room for it, not to mention she needed more room for the molars to come out. I held on the belief that no perfectly good teeth should be taken out like many other people I know. That belief limited her options for treatment and the desired result. I was finally convinced, with Dr. Luk’s guidance and advise, that she needed teeth taken out to achieve the best outcome for her case. It was a difficult choice but truly the best choice because my daughter now has the most beautiful smile, one that I could not have possibly imagined. I would not have the confidence to go along if it wasn’t for Dr. Luk. I’m so grateful to have found him and will be forever indebted to him.

I’ve been going to Superlative since July 2021, and finally got them off January 2023. It flies by quickly when you properly take care of your braces (wearing your bands, etc) and following what Dr. Luk tells you to do. Taking my braces out was a life changing, transformative experience for me as I am now confident and happy with my smile! This is the right place for you to go if you’re in need of braces.

I got my braces when I was 11 and got it off when I was 14. I am now 18, and I thought this review is long overdue. I am really glad I went to them for my braces because I would be way less confident with my smile if my teeth still looked the way they did. I had extremely crooked teeth and now they are as straight as ever. My experience with the receptionist and ortho were amazing; they were extremely nice. If you are reading this because you want to get braces here, I'd say just go get them!! (Remember to listen to what your ortho tells you to do, and do wear your retainers faithfully when you get your braces off!)
